This is a great pub, a proper pub, with several real ales and great affordable pub grub. Loved it, will be back again.

Stopped off around 11am on a Saturday morning for a cuppa, after a short country walk. The staff were very nice, and there were nice cakes to be had if you are inclined. You can get nice pub grub in the lounge, and very handily for ourselves, the bar area is dog friendly.Would highly recommend.

Great pub with a good mix of places to sit, eat and relax. Bar area with pool table, TV screens and space for live music, as well as quieter areas tucked away at the back. Also some space outside for the nicer weather. Food was standard pub grub, but tasty and decent price.
