Spice House in Huntingdonshire

We went there on a whim rather than ordering takeout from there. Excellent food, outstanding service. Very friendly. The food was so hot when it came out we had to wait for it to cool down before we could eat it. Service was quick and timely. The pricing is good too. 2 X Mains, 2 X Rice, 2 X drinks and a bread came to £35. I would highly recommend

Not good, first time ordering a takeaway from this place and wouldn't return here. Had to wait a very long time, whilst they served several people who came after me so wasn't impressed . The food was just ok, not great and the sauces tasted like they has been bought as a bulk order from the cash 'n' carry and not freshly cooked.Really disappointed, I think it's made for typical British tastes but doesn't taste authentic or freshly cooked.

Very nice food! Best Indian I've had in ages

First time ordering from Planet Spice (we usually collect from an Indian in St Ives) so was looking for somewhere closer. We ordered at 6pm, food was ready to collect 40 mins later which was great. The guy on the phone was really polite which is always a good start! We collected the food at 7, as we were running a little late and it was still hot and fresh. The guy in the shop checked our order and again was really nice. The price we paid for what we ordered was really good as we got 10% off for collecting. The portion sizes was really generous, especially the curries! The tubs were full to the brim with thick tasty sauce and tender meat (lamb tikka masala and butter chicken) we also had rice, chips, keema naan (which had plenty of meat in) and a paswari naan. The food was nice and very filling. If this is how the curries always are then we would no doubt return so we will be trying here again to see if they are the same as what we got the first time round. Defo worth a try if your looking for somewhere new.

The food is absolutely delicious and the entrance and atmosphere was very welcoming. I really think it perfect place to celebrate with friends and family. Definitely coming again!!

Had a lovely meal at Planet Spice tonight. Staff were very attentive, efficient and professional. Food was very fresh, hot and delicious. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good Indian meal out in a very picturesque setting. We will be back soon!

Really disappointed. We found the curry to be very bland. Wasnt spicy at all! And sauce watery. And the naan bread was stodgy sorry to say I would not recommend planet spice as spice was what it was lacking :(

Friendly little takeaway and restaurant on the riverfront in Godmanchester. Delicious food and has remained very reasonably priced compared to local competitors. Two phone numbers meaning you can nearly always get straight through to order. Never eaten in but the restaurant looks nice. Highly recommended!
