Starbucks Huntingdon - Brampton Hut DT in Huntingdonshire

Terrible....wouldn't take cash, head office directive only take card!!!!Took ages to organise two easy drinks.... Not stopping there again.....

Simply appalling. No customer service skills from some of the staff. After trying and failing to get a 'hello' out of the person who just stood there and looked at me, I was simply TOLD to give them my order... So we turned on our heels and left.

I ordered a flat white but I could hardly taste the coffee..I didn't like it..Not too busy but a bit of the wait for 2 coffees

Just been through drive through, just for a Tea and Coffee. Took so long thought they were cooking a 3 course lunch.. not the quick stop had planned, won't be stopping there in the way back😩

I'd give the place 5 stars if not for the slightly more disruptive staff members there. I'm unsure as of names, but one in particular appears to be a lot younger. They're very loud and at random intervals I have heard or seen them clapping or messing around. On top of that, they have been quite dismissive of their duties, notably whrn I've seen another member of staff giving them tasks. Other staff members I have observed being very laid back and focused on their conversation rather than their customers.On the bright side, there is this new girl who has been very friendly and helpful towards customers, and I believe she is all about doing her job. A couple of other older staff members are quite focused too, but the newer girl has so far shined more than others.So, I'd give it 5 stars, but I don't thi k it would be fair to lie about it...

Worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Eating and drinking areas unclean and untidy, deliveries still sat on the counter. Toilets appear to have not been cleaned in a long time and the staff were rude, obnoxious and some were just hanging around out of uniform. Better off going elsewhere if you stop at these services.

Today I went in to Starbucks and ordered a peppermint tea. On receiving 2/3rds of a cup I asked if they could kindly top it up with a bit more water for me. The barista informed me she put it in a large cup so I was getting more than I paid for. A £2.90 tea bag and top quality customer service for me… what a day! 😂

Only stopped to use the toilet, wasn't great but can't really complain. Clean enough. Seemed fairly busy so I guess the coffee was ok too.

Came back from Birmingham via M6/A14 and there are not many decent services along the way so glad to find a Starbucks. It also as a different style to the normal Starbucks cookie cutter cafes.

Absolutely wonderful service. I was served by David and he was an a delight. We had a great chat, good luck on your wedding mate! I wish you a wonderful marrage.Give this guy a promotion or raise because his people skills are amazing x
