Our first visit and definitely not our last visit. A very warm welcome was encouraging and the service, and food lived up to the welcome. Excellent in every respect. We will be back very soon. Thank you. Neil and Julie.x

What a lovely welcome as we walked in. We were served immediately and the food was delivered promptly. We chose cauliflower cheese soup which was hot with fresh bread. Highly recommended! Will definitely visit again. A big thank you to Noah who looked after us today.

Meals are amazing but my mate had to go for a chip butty at the Chinese Barry’s place. Turns out Barry’s place isn’t even a Chinese. We stayed for the quiz, as a quiz wizard myself I looked forward to it, I was disheartened when it was a quiz about the royals this wasn’t my strongest subject but the questions asked, the queen herself would struggle to answer. Anyway nice place would visit again (as long the quiz is not about the monarchy)

Nice place with nice garden but was told the kitchen was shut in the afternoon when we just wanted small food to eat in the garden.

Was our first visit to The Duchess, despite only living 5 mins away, so we have passed it so many times and seen how popular it is. And on our visit the restaurant was full. It appeared that there was the minimum of staff - only two guys serving - but they were both happy & friendly. The food was delicious and hot. I did have to blink twice at the price of steak nowadays but I guess that is the norm. And my steak was cooked to perfection. A very nice birthday meal & would like to visit again and maybe sit outside.

Roast dinner for Mothers Day. Tasty and was lovely & hot when served,, additional gravy when requested & staff very polite & attentive. Sticky toffee pudding is highly recommended. Finished with a gin/tonic sat in the sunny pub garden after.

Had a great meal here. I did go for fillet steak so more expensive. But a lovely cut and cooked to my taste. We had good service. It was clean and modern feel for the dinning area. Bar area traditional and cosy. Would recommend for a special occasion or good dinning experience. Dessert was good and I am sure homemade.

This pub has made Fenstanton a place you want to eat and drink in again. Staff are wonderful and friendly food is excellent. Toilets always impeccably maintained and the atmosphere is always friendly. Worth a visit.

This pub is a jem the staff are well trained, polite, and the bar itself is absolutely wonderful made of oak tree. I took 3 friends for dinner last night.and as you will see from the pictures.it was spot on. The restaurant is a fair size and looks out to a large beer garden. This pub is also dog friendly. A special thank you to Ben our waiter he was very attentive and always on hand he has great customer service skills.A big thank you to all the staff in the kitchen . We will return when in the area.
