The Fox and Hounds in Huntingdonshire

I was passing through here today and what a great proper country pub! I plan to come back.

Excellent meal, so glad there's good Thai up here! Good selection of gin too, not just the usual flavoured stuff!

Wonderful little pub in a historic building set in the countryside. It has two distinct sections, both with crackling fires while we were there. Choose one side to watch sports on the large screen, or sit in the other area on comfortable leather chairs to enjoy more relaxed conversation. The pub is very clean, the beer selection was nice, and the prices were very nice. We will definitely go again while in the area.

Something for everyone on the menu from pub classics like scampi or steak to the most incredible thai food. Dont expect it to come out in 5 mins as the food is freshly prepared, you'll taste the difference. They even catered for my father in law with the best cheese salad hes eaten in any restaurant...its not on the menu. Thats proper service. Dont put off a visit, book in advance and enjoy a great pint and incredible food and service.
