Great little tearoom, delicious coffee and scone

Very cosy and friendly. Home made food - delicious - you can taste the difference 👌

We stopped off here Saturday lunchtime for some sandwiches while camping in the nearby National Trust campsite. It's a great little tea room, only room for 4 people seated and nicely if quirkily decorated, but good service and excellent sandwiches at a very reasonable price. We're really glad we gave it a try.

Great home-made sausage rolls.& Bakewell tart. What a treat after a lovely walk in the spring sunshine.

The best cakes for miles around. And very very inexpensive. It's lovely sitting outside, looking out over the village square with flowers along the wall behind, drinking a hearty mug of tea.

Excellent. Very fresh sandwiches & salad really tasty. Nice big pot of tea and fresh homemade cakes LOVELY. Very good service. Will definitely be back.

The woman was nice and polite. Not much on the menu but a large selection of cakes that all looked very nice! The omelette was very good although a bit salty. Bacon and egg roll was also good. Soup was not homemade and just out a tin.

A fantastic little tea room. I only tried one cake the coffee and walnut cake it was amazingly light and packed with flavour only a few tables in there and its incredibly good (might be hard to get a table) but a lot if the Villagers use it so it is unbelievably friendly and very willing to share a table. The range of cakes (all hand made ) are unbeatable. Going to be one of my regular haunts I fear for my diet 😁 A very big thank you to Linda Prentice the owner and makes all the cakes !! Well done I will be back soon.
