The Stukeleys Country Hotel in Huntingdonshire

We went for a mid week drink, we found the pub very friendly and comfortable

Lovely comfy bed so a good nights sleep and plenty of hot water. Large airy room but rather tired and in need of updating. Bathroom ok but again rather dated.

Not far from the A1 and A14. More of a pub with rooms really, but a decent place to stop. Reasonable prices including a few different breakfast options. Would stay overnight again to break up a long journey.

Had to deliver materials to the 3 horse shoes pub the pub is closed at this moment and is under referb it is now looking fantastic inside and we hope to have it open for Christmas it will be worth a visit when opened to see the transformation

Stunning old hotel far superior to national chains. Owner very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was amazing

Lovely little pet friendly country pub /hotel, very relaxing atmosphere, attentive pleasant staff, good evening meal and breakfast. Highly recommend it and no hesitation to stay here again if we are in the area.

Friendly, locals and a nice old place. Oozes history and allegedy a PM who lived nearby didnt go to it. Wonder why? He surely missed this one amongst the other things that went on behind his back.

Experiences through the centuries! Top of the pub staff, food and hospitality. Potato wedges with vegaterian chilly and sweet potato fries topped my list of favourites. Loved meeting the village pooches on dog day. Miss you! Looking forward to another delightful stay on my next trip.

Stayed here for the evening whilst in the area for training. Room was nice a spacious but very dated and the bathroom could do with being rejuvenated. Also just on a personal note I believe thicker curtains would have helped to get to sleep quicker and it was hot in the room so a fan would have helped to keep it cooler.Staff were friendly and helpful, dinner was well cooked and tasted great. Plenty of parking for visitors.

Found this place by accident while out walking, stopped off for a quick pint, found the place to be very friendly from bar staff to the owner and the regulars.Made to feel very welcome and stayed longer due to the atmosphere.Did not eat but see some very large portion food that looked and smelt fantastic and the dinners seemed to enjoy it.This is one of those rare gems tucked away well worth a visit for food or drink, I will be walking back in next time I'm around the area ...well done to all
