Bella Napoli in Ipswich

Was looking for a restaurant for a quick bite before going to the cinema. Walked in and got a seat next to the window. The staff were well mannered and attentive. The meal was hot and plentiful. Price was cheap too. Perfect if you are on a budget.

Best pizza ever!!!! Thin base, plenty of cheese and toppings. Relaxed bistro atmosphere, friendly and attentive service. Love this place. Usually order delivery (which is great 20-40mins dependant time/day) but so lovely to dine in.

I've been to this restaurant a couple of times and it has always been a pleasure as the ambience is so pleasing and of course the food is delicious, well presented with excellent service. I'd recommend this restaurant for anyone with hearty appetite...

What a gem!!! Went for a friend's 30th dinner. The food was amazing and the staff were fantastic!! Portion sizes were spot on and the prices were just right. I will definitely be going back the next time I am in the area!

Amazing food with great options. Even for vegetarians the options are pretty good and tasty. The service is very good too. We had spaghetti and risotto, both of them were very yummy 😋😋

We had an amazing morning shopping for Christmas and then decided on Bella napoli for a spot of late lunch at around 3.30pm. On arrival myself and 3 children were hoping to sit by the window which had more distance between the tables (given it is a horrible time with the pandemic) to our dismay, she (lady in the headscarf) seated us against the pillar and another table seating 4 people. The space was very tight. I felt we were invading not just privacy of another couple but also not keeping to the government guidelines of social distancing. I asked if we could move and she refused. On the other side of the restaurant on a round table which seats 6 people were a couple only. When I questioned how can a two people sit on a six person table and myself and children squash up against a pillar and another table when there were 3 more 6 seater tables vacant. She responded with "its upto me, I dont have to explain to you, if you don't like it don't come here as we have enough customers" this was utterly disgraceful from a female staff calling herself the manager. Please, to anyone reading this do not waste your money on a place where people are not valued. Any dinning should be pleasant experience.

Lunch out with daughter and grandson. Really good meat feast pizza and pasta Carbonara. Lovely garlic bread & cheese pizza. Good service. Much nicer inside that it may appear on the outside. Very reasonable prices. Would recommend if in Ipswich. Friendly staff.

Nice place with good prices. Tasty pizzas but not baked enough. Spaghetti Bolognese is delicious( number 1 for me there) and penne with meatballs also.Onion rings are ok.A tasty apple juice they've got and a big chocolate dessert-served hot.Big portions, quick service.I recommend this restaurant.

The food was fantastic and nothing too much bother. We had spicy arabiatta and carbonara with spinach and cheesey garlic bread. The garlic bread was more cheese than garlic but nice.
