Great food friendly staff always eat there

Been using Bodrums for years love the bursa but a bit pricey now for what it is

I had the worst experience from this place after being a loyal customer for yearsI believe they have changed their staff to very dishonest people I ordered a chicken burger meal and purposely given a cheap piece of mechanically reclaimed frozen glued together meat instead of being asked if I would like a piece of chicken breast in my burger for the same priceI find this shameful not to mention that the 2 guys could barely speak English and so missed multiple things out of the order that I had repeatedly stated I wanted. Overall bad service and Bodrum used to be so much better than this

Don’t waste your money. The kebabs are bad and the chips looked liked they was cooked over and over again Honestly don’t wast me your money been there twice now and both times very disappointed ☹️

Order from this shop all the time spend a crazy amount of money there have never had a complaint. And tonight my food did not arrive I phoned up and was basically called a liar and that it was delivered. The man on the phone was rude I asked to speak to the manger and he put the phone down. I will never use you again or just eat for that matter. I have been totally knocked by a kebab house I did genuinely love. If someone has used you for years spending sometimes in excess of 100 pounds a week why would they lie.

Every time we sit down to eat our delivery from Bodrum Kabab house, I say I must write a review, sorry for the delay in posting. They never fail to produce the most delicious food, always hot, always consistent. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend.

I ordered kebab, but unfortunately it was very bad .. not a restaurant. There is a taste of zaffara and it is never good. I could not eat this thing A bad experience

My son ordered a chicken shish kebab plain and a portion of chips, the chicken shish was disgusting the chicken was dry and hard the pitta bread was soggy the only thing that was ok was the chips which you can't really get wrong, I paid £10 and only the chips were edible. I called to complain they Were very rude and said they weren't busy so there's no excuse for poor quality food they didn't offer a replacement or refund so over all my experience was very bad food and very bad customer service. AVOID

Love this place.Huge portion's.Fresh food.Lovely salad and amazing garlic mayyo.Only problem is it's hard to not get fat when you eat here as it's soo good.. my staples are lamb donner, chicken shish, and lamb kofte

Use to be really good. However, last time I ordered here I was very ill within 48 hours. I had compylabactor food poisoning that lasted over a week. Best not to order from here as they clearly have very poor food safety practices.
