Burger King in Ipswich

It's abundantly clear that the staff here do not give a toss about the quality of their food or interacting with their customers. I ordered three burgers (2× bacon double cheese burgers XL and 1× whopper) via delivery and not a single burger arrived to a satisfactory standard. Limp, cold and unappetising burgers with Uber offering only a partial refund. How difficult can it be to make, send and deliver three burgers?! I was given burgers of a lower order value than what I ordered (was robbed of a few £!). Left hungry and feeling frustrated. If you're looking to treat yourself and you're wanting warm food - AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Save yourself £25 and go elsewhere. Store conveniently closed 15 minutes early and I was unable to contact to receive a replacement.

Stopped off after a long drive, used the self service machine. A lady on the shop floor that was assisting was very good however she got very close on several occasions even after stepping back from her. Food was great and facilities were clean

My partner and I visited on 23rd February. I am in a wheelchair and Sara was delightful very attentive, made sure our table was clean. The most pleasant Burger King visit I've had in a long time

Service was extremely quick when we visited the drive thru on a Saturday evening, food tasted great but you get what pay for when comparing with other burger chains.

Miserable staff. Masks worn incorrectly. Poor customer service. Dirty restaurant. Dirty toilets. Slow service. Rubbish food

Food is always good from the company. But the staff that are employed at this place are kids. Told us was take away only at 7:30. Didn't get the order right. Milkshake was extremely runny! (Flavored milk) Got ignored when we asked a question. And didn't feel welcomed. Will not bring my family here again!

I was the only customer in the restaurant, and was left waiting at the counter for over 10 mins. The lady serving eventually glanced at me then walked away and had a laugh with her colleagues. I left without food, it was the strangest experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant, it was like they were trying to make it obvious I would not be served so that I would just walk out. Well it worked

I really like burger King and have never had a bad experience of one until I visited this one in Ipswich. The staff were super unfriendly and the food was not pleasant at all. It was almost like it had been left for hours then served up. Thankfully it wasn't my first experience of a burger King as this place definitely would have put me off.

Visited today but really wished we hadn't, really not great to be honest, one out of the two burgers was warm, Halloumi fries were like crispy bacon they'd been cooked that much.45% of the seating area was dirty as was the floor with food, watching people grab at the straws then put back what they don't need, then you're expected to use what's in there after that !! not very hygienic to be fair.

The food was good and served quickly. I tried the plant-based Whopper for the first time and enjoyed it. The sweet chili dip I ordered didn't come with the chili cheese dippers, but when I asked the staff member wiping tables she rectified that quickly and politely.
