Absolutely disgusted by the service and the food quality:Not only did we have to wait a very long time for the food to arrive. Once arrived i was eating my first mouthful of chow mein……. To find a really long hair in with the noodles!!!Rang the shop to complain and was absolutely useless offering to refund the noodle money. But as I’m sure you will all agree after that i now will not eat any of the food at all!He then hung up on me 😱I can assure you i will not be buying from here again and i will make sure everyone i knows will not be too!

Absolutely shocking!!! Ordered on just eat at 17:15 …. The app said arrival 18:30 however nothing arrived called at 17:02 and the guy was rude and demanded our house number so we told him and he advised the food wasn’t even cooked and to wait an hour. Waited an hour and tried to call and the line was disconnected !!! Absolute joke !! How are they still running with this poor service. Apparently not the first time they have done this also… why have a landline and then disconnect it… happy to take the money tho. Never ordering from here again!!! Disappointed !! Wouldn’t even give 1 star if I had the chance no need to be so rude!

My friend ordered beef fried rice and the beef smelt off! He called them up and the man on the phone was rude then I called he said he will give a refund tonight when he finishes his shift I said you can’t be serving food like this and he hung up.

Had tonight takeaway.☆☆☆☆☆ for the staff☆☆☆☆ for price☆☆ for food, not tasty at allI prefer to pay more but to eat tasty food...Sorry for the 3 stars, but I can't give more. Luckily the man was nice and polite otherwise I would give 2 stars.

The service was really really slow!!!The order we received was not all correct and did not taste good either the duck...I don’t think was any type of game at all. It all tasted like warm rubber!! “It’s put me off take-aways!”I’m just so shocked at the food from a place that’s apparently got a four star hygiene rating.

The food I ordered tonight was disgusting. I ordered Kung Po prawn and house special chow mein. Both tasted absolutely disgusting like that overdone the salt no exaggeration. Both dishes actually tasted the same and if there was any chilli in the Kung Po prawn then my tastebuds are gone because I couldn’t taste no chilli whatsoever. I do not recommend anyone ordering from this place and anyone that says the food is good definitely don’t give a damn about What they are eating

Took over 1.5 hours for 4 dishes to arrive on a Tuesday when the restaurant is less than a mile from my house.. never had that with any other takeaways. Called to chase and was told it's on it's way but no apology. Food was hot but below average.. noodles seemed undercooked and the sweet and sour sauce didn't taste like sweet and sour and I found it strange it had peas in.. spring rolls looked a mess! Wont be ordering again unfortunately! Delivery driver was nice tho!

2 of the three things I ordered were not cooked properly. The drink was not the one I ordered and labelled 'from a multipack, not to be sold separately', which it was, prawn crackers were soft because they had been kept in the bag with hot food. Waste of money.

It may have a 4 star food hygiene rating but the food is really good. You can watch the chefs working away with their woks over the hot flames.Present covid prevention measures are in place and seem to work.
