City Grill in Ipswich

First time ordering, came quicker than expected 🙌🏻 Good deal.. pizza could do with more sauce on base. But all in all good 😁

Ordered a pizza through Uber Eats 20 mins past midnight. It showed me my order should arrive between 12.20 and 12.40 am. At 1am I have requested an update. No contact. 1.15 am I called and have been told my pizza is in the oven and will be here in 10 mins. At 1.50am I have called again and said it's a joke and I request a refund. I said not to bother with the pizza anymore. I have been told the driveris in front of my house, had a look and nobody was there... I said I will request a refund from uber eats and the guy agreed to accept it when it comes through.10 mins later I got a call from the driver that he is outside with my food as he just arrived. He didn't have a clue of what's happening. I refused to accept the food after 1h40mins wait. This place is a joke! First and last time ordering from them!

Always a great experience. Pizza os always served with bundle of flavours. Amazing service and staff 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Best pizza place in Ipswich. Friendly staff great prices you have to try it

I live 1 minute away in town centre but order took 20 minutes after collection due to driving 20 minutes to another order. Food completely cold and inedible

We order from here quite often as the food and service are superb. My gf placed an order earlier and she got it wrong and they rang to confirm and make sure it was right and even offered extra. Brilliant, Thank you.

Great food and good service nice Staff online ordering very easy and quick method to order food will go here again

I would not recommend this place I ordered a donner kebab and was so disappointed when I opened the box to see the most poor quality donner meat that tasted of nothing looked like cardboard had to chuck out. Disappointed.

Always have good hot food and really great service. Very polite when they called due to not having an item I ordered and happy to substitute how I wanted. Also was very kind and accommodating when I asked for something they don't even offer but they found a way to make it work and provide what I wanted at a great price. Fantastic take away

Very disappointed order was totally wrong called up very rude to my other half, I went on the phone then got offered a very nice meal next time. Should off been nice and complete the first time round. Cold food Wish I ordered from somewhere else.
