Very disappointing. Waited 20 minutes for the first of our desserts despite there only being 4 other people in the place. In that time they came over twice to confirm our order because I guess they forgot. Then the desserts came out separately with at least another ten minutes in-between each. Items missing from two of the three desserts. Extortionate prices. Desserts were either cold (waffle/crepe), bland or too sickly. All the staff were young and were clearly disorganised or disinterested, or both. I've never said this about an establishment before, but I shall never be returning.

Nota happy visit. The ice creams came on their own and I had to wait s further 10 minutes for my crepe. Hubby went to ask were it was to be told there was a problem with the crepe machine. Perhaps staff could have told us this.. when it finally arrived the crepe was very thin and crispy like a tortilla wrap after it is cooked. Also never got the Ferrero rocher as advertised. No will keep away from creams and go to Kappa instead sorry

Absolutely amazing... If you're ordering for two people you could get away with one waffle they're so big! Luckily they allow you to take some home in a box! Also the high chairs for little ones are comfy "at home" style ones so my little girl was having a blast with her kids waffle! đź’ś

visited yesterday for a treat, 3 children 2 adults. Food was not delivered together so some people were half way through before others even got thiers, items were forgotten and we had to remind staff. Ice cream was nice, pancake was nice, waffle tasted like scrambled egg. 1 staff member was nice the rest were uninterested, not the greatest experience

Expensive, small, mediocre portionsUpdate: In response to my review, Creams decided to say my portion was not small. I expect for ÂŁ12 worth of cookie dough to have more than a small plate, also the photos on the menu of cookie dough don't look anything like what was provided.Changed my review to 1 star.

45mins + for the order to arrive at the table. They did say when we arrived they were short staffed however even with that in mind it felt like an age to wait. Food was great when it did arrive, just felt sorry for the staff having to give refunds to unhappy customers who couldn't accept the waiting.Creams management - support your branch and staff and get some more staff in!

There must have been 20 tables and the waiter couldn't find a clear one. Only two or three occupied, the rest covered in dirty plates and glasses. Beind the counter was equally messy. Shame.

Went here this evening, waited 50 minutes for our order to come, 1 apple crumble and a crepe and a smoothie.Smoothie took 35 mins to come even though orders after us received theirs before us.Apple crumble was pretty bog standard given it was microwaved so couldn’t really fault that but unfortunately the red velvet crepe came out freezing cold, asked for it to be remade only for it to come cold again- disappointing. Poor staff are clearly unhappy, very understaffed, place was full of dirty tables full of dirty plates. Not impressed that no one offered any kind of resolution for the crepe not only being cold but also the time it took to receive it cold twice! Wasn’t even that busy in there. See screenshot taken of my nationwide notification when I received food. Really disappointing. Don’t think we will be back.Edit** I feel for the staff, they are so lovely and I really felt awful having to ask them to remake the crepe but it really was cold and not pleasant.

Rude staff that made the atmosphere uncomfortable and hostile! The blonde lady serving us was rude and condescending due to the fact we were ordering vegan food. We asked if Creams had non-dairy milk and was told bluntly “we just have milk… semi-skimmed”. The demand for plant-based food is rising, as a business it does you no favours to discriminate consumers based on their dietary preferences.I would advise that your staff have appropriate training on how to interact with customers appropriately.
