Visited Fishface yesterday lunch time. The food is inexpensive and generous, lovely hot pitta bread with smooth tasty homemade houmous and mixed fresh salad. Attentive service and I would thoroughly recommend.

Our usual place was closed so thought we would try this quaint coffee shop/tearoom.Very reasonably priced, comfortable surroundings & attentive servers.Apart from a slight hiccup over salad dressing(& not getting 2 full cups per person from a 2 person pot)we enjoyed visiting here.My husband loved the seeded bread with his soup...& enjoyed the soup immensely.A lovely place to visit.

Great if you have little ones as you can enjoy a coffee while they play on the family area. Tasty coffee and amazing bacon sandwiches!

Cold in atmosphere and temperature. Totally lacking in customer service and care. Takes twenty minutes to warm a cheese scone even though you were first in upstairs. My teaspoon was dirty covered in a sticky red substance but at least I had a latte although I have my doubts as to whether my cup was clean. My latte was cold by the time I got my scone The lady next to me had a breakfast but they had run out of bacon so gave her ham and no fried bread either so bread and butter.

Didn't get a drink how I wanted, got it wrong first time. tried to get staffs attention who wasn't attentive- just casually chatting to another staff so had to get up and ask again. Then my son who's a toddler sides were missing to then wait longer it was just getting silly. Won't be returning.. I just walked out after all this wait. Would have left earlier if it wasn't for my child

We wanted somewhere (that wasn't a chain) to have a coffee. We found this cafe. The coffee and cheese scone were amazing 😊 The Covid set up was the best we have experienced ~screens between the tables & a temperature check at the door. Excellent place.

We got a sausage roll and a feta and spinach pastry roll to take away.£6 total - they were both very poor and I wouldn't recommend them.Service was good.Buy something from the butchers opposite!

I had a lovely lunch with my friend today. The food and service was excellent. I have been many times now and it is consistently good and excellent value for money. Operating a restaurant is both demanding, challenging and hard work! Sadly there are people who choose to vent their frustration publicly and set out to discredit good people. Try it for yourself you will not be disappointed

It was my first time to visit this quaint looking craft place. I only went in for a hot chocolate, but there were lovely cakes and savoury pastries on display. There was seating both downstairs and up - all well arranged so that out didn't feel crowded. Lovely crafts/ handmade items on display which just brought the atmosphere together.
