Staff seemed to be half bothered. No cold drinks all warm.Would not return to this branch. Colchester one is much better. Chips half cooked. Was overall a mess of a lunch left me very disappointed. Avoid this shop it let's the brand down big time.

The supervisor/ manager taking our order on a Tuesday evening was very helpful. Unfortunately the food wasn't as good as I've had before in other German Doner Kebab branches.Even though we were eating in the kebab felt cold.

A neat and well organised restaurant. The staff here are polite and attentive. They offer a variety of Donner options and also put into consideration customers with allergies.Meals here a very well seasoned and you get to actually taste what you eat.

Ordered through Deliveroo, we waited over an hour for our food, we then got a message to say it was delivered when it wasn't. We got a refund, as Deliveroo said the driver had an issue on the way and marked our order as delivered. My question is what's happened to the food GDK cooked. Someone has got a free meal. Never use them again.

Lovely food, reasonably priced. One of our favorite places to eat when visiting Ipswich. Keep up great work :)

I do not recommend, bad food, bad serviceI ate 3 people, and then we had diarrhea and vomitingWhen they opened they made good food, they saw that they had many customers and they started to put the raw chicken on the kebab, to make it more expensive ... the sauces were free before, now they ask for money on sauces as well. That's why they don't have any more customers. before it was full of customers, now they are without customers because they are not like they used to beI will never go to that place again

Dined in GDK tonight and upon going to bed my partner felt awfully sick(physically throwing up), with stomach pain, dizziness and unbearable discomfort. This is unacceptable from such an established restaurant. And seen as it's the only thing she has eaten recently it was undoubtedly caused by the burger she had eaten here; When you're paying a premium compared to similar kebab shops, this is the last thing you would expect. We most certainly won't be eating here again, and I advise you similarly if you're not a fan of food poisoning and sickness.

Always have this with my team, I understand that prices are going up and cut cost is a must or cost increase is required. However I got serve with less quality and less quantity for a higher price. Disappointed guys. I ordered mix large GDK and got literally 3 shreds of chicken meat only, and the juicy meat has become so dry, sauce which after buying £10 meal you would think its free but not only its less than half you are also charged for it now.

Dining in experience, very friendly staff. As per keeping contact to a minimum as far as ordering this is now done via table service, can all be ordered and paid for from your mobile phone. Food was hot, well presented and tasted really good. First experience at German Doner Kebab and would definitely dine there again. Reasonably priced as well for both food and drinks, plenty of choice on the menu considering the name implies it being kebab centered (which it is, but with good options including vegetarian).

Disappointed. I always have problems with my orders. Or it is cold or it is too small or they put spicy seasonings on fries where it shouldn't be at all. Will not ordering any more.
