Sometimes, the food from here is really good, but the problem is that it is inconsistent. On a couple of occasions the Donner meat is tough and dry, as if it's been kept for ages and reheated, I have only ever ordered chicken Donner once as it was really gristly and a bit slimy! But their burgers are always good! My advice would be, if you are ordering between 17:00 and 19:00, the food is good, but after this, it's always a let down! Also, their customer service lets them down. Although I don't think it'd intentional, the counter staffs lack of English can make them come across as rude and unhelpful

First they rude to me and the lamb meat was dry and oilly also chewy lime spongy texture. got no salad with my meat .chips were cold when I left the place.never go here!they had nothing on the menu as they clean up way before the closing time got there at 11:00pm n they close at 12am

Awful customer service. Very long wait. Food quality is a lot to be desired. Asked for no cheese got cheese and I have an allergy!!!.... The delivery took nearly 2hours!!!..... Not a happy customer. I want a refund.

Ipswich kebab has to be the absolute best kebab shop in the whole of suffolk!! The food is always cooked to perfection and the guys are always very welcoming the Chicken doner is my favourite very highly recommended!!!

Kebabs in pitta bread comes with salad as well. I didn't get a salad with my kebab. It made my angry. Food came salty and cold. I think that 40 minutes is enough they should deliver food hot. I won't come back NEVER!
