Istanbul Kebab in Ipswich

Hi this used to be one of the best kebab in Ipswich now it's the worst food cold dont know what we are ordering missing items very rude if you thinking of ordering I recommend you dont the quality of meat no good very small bits burnt meat off a grill please shop texting my phone too what happened to customers service well over priced for what you get from Steve Smith

Ordered a kebab with garlic sauce. Got it home and it had mint sauce on it. You literally had ONE job

Ordered the Istanbul special for delivery, was the fastest delivery I've ever had, finished eating before the estimated delivery time! Meat was perfect, chips were cooked to the perfect crispness! Not a bad thing to say about the restaurant even the delivery guy was nice and friendly, great guy! had to tip👌will definitely order again!

Not happy with the kebab I ordered! Asked for a mixed kebab was smaller than an individual. Lamb doner was dry and over cooked, asked for the sauce on the side and got it mixed up with everything. Wouldn't order from them again. Plenty of better places to go.

Waited 45 minutes only for me to receive notification of delivery and cancellation of my order. Terrible service. Cancel straight away or deliver do not wait an hour to cancel.

Worse food ever horrible put you off kabab for life chips were hard in middle and chewey and chicken was pink still pitta bread was raw and super oily donner meat was so fatty

Worst kebabs ever, messed up the order and on top of that there was foil in the donor meat. Was very rude when we called to tell them and they said I’m lying so I’ll be adding pics!

I never leave a review but I've literally had it with istanbul. If you are a regular then avoid this place, they're never consistent. One day they'll make you a nice pizza and the next it will be bloody awful. I'm fed up with ordering from them expecting to receive the same kind of pizza as what I had ordered a day or 2 before. Literally wastes your money and you sit there eating unsatisfying food and there's nothing you can do:/ no point of calling and letting them know cause what will they do? Send you a new pizza? I highly doubt it:/ my pizza had so much cheese on it and tasted milky cause of all the cheese and I don't understand why they would do that:/

Istanbul kebab doesn’t even deserve one star!I ordered 2 wraps, donner meat with salad (came with no salad), chips, nan bread (missing) and a cheese burger with salad (no salad or cheese and the bottom of the bun was rock solid). They couldn’t get my order correct let alone the time they took to deliver. The meal was well over an hour late!Definitely do NOT recommend!

Upon moving a few years ago, I decided to make this my local and have never regretted it.Friendly service, great price and quality, and the new text payment option is very convenient.Highly recommended.
