Kfc in Ipswich

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered via just eat. They ignored instructions to NOT put sauce on the burger, as my dietary requirements can't handle the ingredients. And they forget to include the 2 extra wings I ordered. So I paid over £10 for the smallest portion of fries anyone has ever seen, and 2 wings. Absolute rip off! Tried calling and was ignored again! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Got the order wrong, only a few chips, cold burger bun, no hand wipes. What is going on, I used to love kfc but it’s not very enjoyable.

Only giving 1 star because I can’t rate a 0. Worst kfc I’ve ever had. I’ve ordered 3 times and every time all the food is hard and cold and using just eat is a joke! You pay nearly double the price for every item only to find they have forgotten half the food and the half you get is cold. Just applied for a refund but have to wait 14 days for an update so basically getting palmed off. Don’t go or order from here!!!

Good, Decent sized zinger burger, Would of Got 5 stars if my chips weren't luke warm,

Most of what we wanted they'd run out of, had to wait for far too long considering we'd only ordered a family feast. When we got home the bucket was ripped open and grease had been running through the bag and onto my car seats, the chicken wasn't cooked long enough and was rubbery and difficult to pull off the bone plus the order was wrong.

I am not a happy customer this afternoon I had a bad experience and you probably don't care but the short version for your customers that would like to know.We ordered our food via deliveroo and we kept getting fobbed off that the food is on it's way this never arrived.You and deliveroo won't be getting my business again.Quick updateI did manage to get my money back after a call to deliveroo after having a KFC from th Whitehouse area of Ipswich KFC who I do recommend you use.But I won't be having KFC via any delivery service again.

Went and sat in to have meal at KFC Cardinal Park ordered via app was a nice simple process, was delivered to my table. This is where everything went down hill so the young lady that delivered my meal asked to do a survey which I was happy to do however she stood over my shoulder and told me the answers for the survey in order to make the store look better. The time it took me to do this survey made my meal become cold. Very unhappy with the experience here as don’t feel like I should be pressured into completing surveys let alone being told answers

Absolutely shockingly poor. Chips are simple enough.. not here. How can they be served freezing cold.. chicken wrap reasonably simple. . But it was served Luke warm. No serviette.. I suggest people steer clear of this place they couldn t care less

I had a few questions regarding distancing and table service and the helpful member of staff told us that there was no table service which made us chill out with the need for restrictions and we felt more relaxed but still wore our masks when moving around the restaurant. Top place to eat and helpful staff 10/10

Put one star cis I could not put zero!! Place is a joke and I will not be wasting my money there again.... Missing items and fries that I wouldn't serve up for a Billy goat!! Picture is of a 3 piece meal & fries!!
