KFC in Ipswich

Everything time you order from this diner the food is always wrong, when you order takeaway it never turns up or it’s cold and late!! It’s a bloody joke!!!!

Phoned up after no burgers were put jn my order qnd the supposed manager hung up the phone on me after refusing to have the burgers added to the order, instead suggested I go down to the restaurant and pick up the burgers, despite it being 15 minutes until closing time and me living 45 minutes away. Absolute joke. Poor service when you order a burger meal you expect a burger in the meal not just chips and a drink. Poor customer service and rude staff.

I would give zero if I could. Bought 4 meals today and the zinger burger had a hair on the bun. Very unhygienic and manager was no help either.

Love kfc in general but not this one anymore. Had food from here several times but only one time they were good.Did a drive through and the woman was so grumpy and moody. All the wings were tiny and dry. I bet pigeons in Ipswich got bigger wings.

6 serving staff on a quiet Wed evening. No chips or sauce with the meal. Took ages waiting at the counter to get anyone to notice that I was waiting. Seriously poor service. The staff wanted to mess around more than serve customers.

Ordered only two spicy snack wraps. I received two small wraps with only a piece of chicken. No sauce, no cheese and no salad. Disappointing that they couldn't say they couldn't make them. Or just laziness. Seriously need to supervise the children working in this restaurant.

Much improved lately..staff seem to know the difference between white and dark meat now. Condiments and napkins can be hit and miss and never include wet wipes any longer at drive through? Why?

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered via just eat. They ignored instructions to NOT put sauce on the burger, as my dietary requirements can't handle the ingredients. And they forget to include the 2 extra wings I ordered. So I paid over £10 for the smallest portion of fries anyone has ever seen, and 2 wings. Absolute rip off! Tried calling and was ignored again! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I absolutely love KFC in general, but this place managed yet again to be disappointing. Only young people that dont seem to be wanting to work there and also the biggest problem that for the fifth yime my family's takeaway was short. Real shame 😔 never again!
