Service was good and attentive, the large chips were actually large which is a huge PLUS and the Spiced Clementine seasoning is so damn good so recommend for those alone!However, besides the chicken, half their menu was our of stock, despite it being the early afternoon, and those were some of the most dry thighs I've ever eaten in my life. Still tasty though.

Nandos never can seem to get a takeaway or collection order right. I don't think I've ordered one meal where something hasn't been wrong. Last time I ordered from here, all I got was the chicken and they left out both my sides... so I literally only had chicken for my meal. I called them and said I wanted my money back as the whole meal was obviously ruined because who eats just a piece of chicken for dinner? They said they will refund me for just one side or give me an extra side next time I order. Considering the are such a big franchise I expected better customer service. Maybe its just ipswich nandos? Oh I also forgot to mention they were 30 minutes over the collection time. Disappointing, but then again they are the only ones of their kind in ipswich. We need more chicken resturants in ipswich!!

Nandos continues to deliver, regardless of country. Butterfly chicken was great. Chips were perfect. Spicy olives are fantastic. I did miss the three bean salad I used to be able to ge at Nandos in Chennai.
