Booked a table online - turn up and there’s no tables left. Get told it’s an hour wait or eat outside. Sat outside: table was sticky, no cutlery. The waitress came over “drinks” she said nothing more. We answered with the order… “anyfing else”. All of this was whilst looking at her personal phone. After this we walked out

Have to stay in Ipswich for work and the waterfront has a number of options for an evening meal. Staying at the Premier Inn opposite means it's easy walking distance. Popped over, didn't have a booking and they could fit me in without an issue. Book ahead though if you are a larger group or out at tne weekend. Service was excellent food was hot and arrived quickly. New menu with different options, to tempt you. Ideal for my needs, will go back.

Really lovely service, a bright and clean restaurant, with a nice view of the water. One of the only chain pizza restaurants that still has blue cheese on the menu, so that's why we chose them. Our food was delicious

First off I'll say the food is very good and lives up to my expectations of pizza express. Our server was also very friendly and helpful with dietary requirements for my partner.Unfortunately I couldn't give them a solid 5 stars due to the behaviour of other staff members. The restaurant itself is quite narrow so you are quite close to staff as they are moving around the restaurant, that isn't a massive issue in my eyes as it can't be helped, the issue I had was with how the servers were leaning and having chit chats on the wooden divider where my partner and I were eating. This divider was shoulder height to me while sitting so when the servers were leaning against it they were only a several inches away from my head. I found this very rude and very off putting through my meal, I was worried that one of the servers was going to accidentally elbow me with how close he was to the side of my head.However the food was lovely and our serve posed no issues what so ever throughout our visit.

Ordered takeout from pizza express, I have 2 young children and cannot travel hence ordering takeout, entire order took 2 hours and waste completely cold, paper order receipt states it was picked up 6 minutes before delivery so the driver was fast, but that shows the order must of sat unattended for atleast 20 minutes before pick up. Higher standards are needed

Great location on the waterfront, lovely views of the marina. Efficient and friendly staff. Good choice of pizzas with vegetarian and vegan varieties. If you want a quiet meal go later once children's parties are over!

Great setting, along the Ipswich Waterfront.Sit in or outside options available. Good quick service, and the King prawns were delicious.The mixer soda and lemonade drink could be labeled better, as it comes as two separate bottles and you get charged double to the listed price.Overall a nice evening meal out with the Mrs. Would recommend, keep up the good service👍

New menu , good options nice location on marina waterfront . Service slow busy Saturday but not a issue. My food was good . Sadly didn't have new beer they was advertising. Reasonably priced

This is the best pizza express. We love pizza express and have been to many locations. If you love fantastic service with your pizza then this is the place to come to. Book a table as it's usually very busy.

Great customer service, delicious food. The garlic king prawns and dough balls were amazing, followed by a creamy cannelloni!! Lovely waterfront view as well. Thank you ! :)
