Salt N Pepper bistro cafe in Ipswich

The food is ALWAYS delicious and is mine and my husband's go to for a fry up or even just a nice cup of tea, the cafe is immaculate and the couple that own it are incredibly friendly, they remember us and take a genuine interest in us always asking how we've been and how our kids are if they're not with us. 5 stars in every category!!

Just amazing.. we chose the cafe based on previous reviews and we were not disappointed. The food was freshly cooked and hot. The best cappuccino I've ever had too. Thank you for such a lovely visit. We are planning a return visit soon.

Amazing home cooked food and drinks - there is something for everyone here - English classics cooked to perfection or Turkish dishes that are absolutely delicious. Coffees also great.Awesome service too - lovely family run cafe that makes you feel very welcome and wanting to come back for more - before you know it you'll be a regular and the owners are such kind and generous people - it's more than a job for them, they want you to be happy with their beautiful food.

Top notch freshly cooked food. Quite randomly passed this place today and so glad we called in. I had a Turkish Breakfast which was awesome, plentiful and so much healthier than the usual fayre cafes churn out. Super friendly service and a refreshing change. Menu is customisable and excellent. Wow just Wow 😍 the food here is amazing. The best omelette I’ve ever had. I eat out a lot as i work all over the country and this bistro is one of the best I’ve ever been too. Lovely family run business and wonderful service. Thank you :)

Spent nearly four hours here and had an awesome breakfast, wonderful apple pie and custard and many cups of tea. I was made to feel very welcome and will definitely be returning!

We stopped in today and am so glad we picked it to eat.Such a lovely, warm, friendly service and the food was so good. It filled us all up a treat.The mocha coffee was so tasty that I had to have another.Next time I'm in Ipswich, I'll be heading there for lunch again.Thanks, guys and girls ♥️

Honestly can't give enough credit to the owners of this amazing café. They always go out of thier way to make me and my daughter feel welcome and the food is always outstanding. If I go out for food this place will always be my first choice.

A real gem. We stopped for breakfast.A massive range of options from British staples through (healthier) Turkish options which come with bottomless cups of tea/coffee.The eggs benedict would not be out of place in a Four Seasons.Prices are reasonable. Quality is high. Service is cheerful and efficient. Wished we had discovered it sooner.
