Excellent, "Mother's day" so restaurant was very busy was told when ordering there was an approximate wait of 25 minutes for food, was also a bit of a wait for our drinks (but was sorted ok), food came was very hot and well presented (order of chips short quickly sorted) really enjoyed the meal, staff were very pleasant would go again.

Absolutely amazing meal here today. Best burger I've had in a very long time. Welcoming and friendly staff and such a delight to be able to chat to the chef. All round great food and lovely atmosphere all at a very reasonable price. Wholeheartedly recommend this superb restaurant if you are in the area, you won't be dissapointed.

We recently visited Felixstow for the first time. Loved it there. On our first walk out stopped at Mannings Amusments. We then decided to have a burger in the grill attached to amusments. Sands Bar...Waited 40 minutes for food which was the served on a scratched and stained wooden block. Now being in the catering buisness I know this is not hygenic, why not use plates?.Outside seating needs a good clean and some of staff need to look a little smarter and really need to go on a customer service course.. We never ate the food as if this is how it is served ,then I do not trust how it was cooked. We would have complained but , the staff was already being repremanded about thier behavior and reminding them were at work by the boss/manager. Needs attention

Waitresses really tried making a problem about how long the wait for food is cause they "can't get food out quickly" as they "were already serving a table". Waited for food for over 45 minutes whilst watching full plates of food being SENT BACK to the kitchen. Staff super unfriendly and not approachable at all, tables are sticky, and the atmosphere is dead

THOSE DAMN RIBS!!!!! this place needs an award!!! Amazing flat out amazing. The burger was perfectly cooked presented and made with care. The owners are stand up people, she's a star and he's a great laugh, the staff are brilliant and the range of drinks awesome, we'll be back and I'll push as much business as I can to you... oh and I'll look out for the pixie boots mate 👍 thank you

My family and I visited for a meal on 2nd August and it was fantastic. The salmon was perfect and the garnish it sat on tasted fresh and really added to the overall flavour of the fish. My 12 year old son had his first steak and really enjoyed it he said he would have it again. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant and the owners and their staff were so friendly, will definitely be returning for more meals.

Our two families visited this restaurant in August. I wanted to share my impressions: we had a wonderful time, the environment was very beautiful. The service and staff are awesome and professional. The food is perfect and very tasty. I highly recommend everyone to visit. 9.5 out of 10

Ate here tonight with my partner, we ordered a mixed grill and fish and chips. We waited 50 minutes for food and in that time 2 tables that came in after us got served first. Food was just ok, my fish wasn't hot but after waiting that long for it I didn't complain. We won't be back again

Our order was probably a little complicated to take by a lad with a tablet. 3 people ordering the same food, repeated 5 times...In the end we had to remind about the rest of our order. We got complimentary onion rings for the delay though...The food was fine, fish & chips, tiny bowl of frozen peas ( defrosted ;) ). Delicious garlic bread.

Sat down outside and ordered 2 Cod and chips with peas and 2 large cokes. After waiting ten minutes, young lady came out and said they had run out of peas !!! She then informed us that if we didn't mind we could have some salad instead or wait a few more minutes as they was going to send someone to the local shop to buy some peas. Wo opted to wait for the peas.BIG MISTAKE. Ten minutes later our food arrived, a piece of fish on top of some chips in a small frying basket and about twenty peas each in the smallest bowl i have EVER seen, and our fish was that cooked you could pick it up from either end and it didn't bend ! As we stuck our knife and forks into the fish there was an explosion of batter all over the table !!!! Even the people on the table next to us started laughing, as they could see the state of the poor fish they gave us.We decided to not even bother staying there, and although the staff were very friendly and apologetic, offering to cook us something else, we decided that if they was happy to serve something that bad, what would the next offering be like. Shame, as I said, staff were very nice.
