Star Grill in Ipswich

This is the nicest kebab shop in Ipswich. Quality tasty food all the time. Fast delivery if you're local too. Won't go anywhere else.

Ordered ten mins ago and food not even hot! Even ordered a pizza and not turnt up and phoned up and new pizza is on its way! Poor service......even found a eye lash in my kebab salad!!!

I love this place ,really good but unfortunately if doing a phone delivery please be very clear I ordered tonight a mixed done of lamb and chicken and a portion of cheese and got a medium doner kebab and portion of chips I haven't complained but letting people know to be clear

Fantastic kebab and burger. New to area and will be definitely coming here again and will be recommending. Thank you star grill

best pizza I’ve ever had. Beautiful quick and delicious pizza! Not the best pizza you'll have, but it will leave your mouth wanting more! Would definitely come again😋 Great service

First time trying Star Grill all kebab shops near me are not good .so I ordered from the other side of town and thank god I did .The best service and the best meat I have had for a long time so thank you to star Grill I will be back.

Had a kebab friday from here! Was amazing, honestly one of the best places in Ipswich to get a kebab, since being on lockdown no where is open and all takeaways like KFC and others have really gone down hill! But Star Grill haven't, they have the best food and everything came so quick and food was hot 👍 by far the best takeaway I've had in Ipswich! Will definitely keep ordering from here, potion size is very good too and chips are very nice. Would recommend 100 %

Placed an order with this company waited over an hour for my food. Apparently were short of staff and the cook was having to make the deliveries himself . ( was promised next time I placed an order I could get discount) now went to place an order bright spark didn't put anything on the system. Do basically just lied. Not impressed at all, really starting to think differently about this business.

I've been a loyal customer with Star Grill for over 14 years now. Ordered with them yesterday was told my order would be 45mins. Waited over an hour, when I called to find out what the issue was, was told they were very busy. The delivery had only left, and had alot a food on the grill🤨. I'm sorry not a good enough excuse. Common courtesy could of rang me to update me. Instead of saying sorry. when the food arrive there was hardly any chicken and was burnt. Overall, was not impressed...Star grill you have left me down big time. I will never place an order with you again. Clearly doesn't pay to be a loyal customer😔Didn't have the common sense to offer any discount on next order, or a partial refund or use their initiative to through something in extra. To show they were sorry, that they value you a a value customer 🙄 poor service. All they care about is your money.

Delivered to billing address even though delivery address was stated. As the prices have gone up over the years the food quality has gone down big time. It's hit and miss but your chips are awful everytime! Dry reheated and burnt.Waste of food and money. It's not the same any more which is sad as years ago I loved it and it would be the only place I'd go to.
