The Arbor House catered for a party of 50 of us upstairs on a Saturday night. The staff were great, as was the food and drinks. Always a little gem of a pub this one! Thankyou

We called in for lunch having seen the "small plates" menu online, the food was fantastic, a friendly atmosphere and an all round great experience,we will definitely go back again!

We went here as a family of four, (two parents, a four year old and a one year old), on a cold rainy afternoon, after spending a few hours at the ipswich natural history museum.The place was clean and lots of tables available. Good selection of beers available and coffee too.The staff were friendly and attentive.The food was excellent, the "small plates" option was great and perfect for lunch time with the kids.I had the vegetarian sandwich and it was huge.We were all stuffed when we left.Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Very cosy and welcoming with a good selection of beers. Food is very good and the chips deserve special mention as they are amazing! Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere make this a great place for a quiet pint or to come for a nice bistro style meal that is reasonably priced... Give it a try!

Booked a lunchtime table for 2. Everything feels and looks incredibly clean and safe even though social distancing is no longer a legal requirement which was a plus. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced with good size portions. Definitely a return visit on the cards.

Small, friendly but packs a huge likeability punch.A very friendly and enthusiastic welcome, with a fine selection of real ales (I chose the Eagle IPA) and a truly interesting menu.I had the Pork Masala Burger, a tweak on their Masala Sausage Roll, and it looked great and tasted fab!The Abor House is quirky without being pretentious, friendly but not intrusive, it felt immediately relaxing and I'll definitely be back.
