Positively surprised by the quality of food (well done for nice moist chicken as normally restaurants make it dry). It was my 2nd time visiting the pub and I will be definitely coming back.

Clean and tidy inside. Friendly barman, nice welcome, good lager. Limited spirits on offer, good pool table and TV area

My wife and I enjoyed our anniversary lunch so much, we went back for dinner with our daughter and our greyhound! Staff were lovely, pub is very nice and the food was delicious!

Nice and clean, good pool table, was quiet but was still really enjoyable whereas some places are a bit creepy when quiet. Staff were lovely! We were staying at the holiday inn and if I was to stay there again I'd definitely come back to this pub!

Went in search of somewhere with a kids play area and child menu. Tiny kids wall not a play area. Tues and Fri £7 for any pizza...unfortunately the pizza overs are not working..but the signs are still outside and inside. Only when you go to order is this mentioned. 🙈🙉🙊Burgers look like the menu photo's but lacked any taste. Same with the steak.On the positive, staff polite and helpful

WOWEE! The service we received was absolutely top of the bill! We sadly had mums funeral today and asked a few weeks back if we could come here for the evening and we was so pleased they replied ’Yes’. There were quite a few of us (thirteen adults) and we were treated with the utmost respect and taken care of so well without question. The two bar staff were very forgiving with ordering for drinks, mains and then dessert over a 3 hour period. I cannot fault this place or it’s really on the ball staff. Very well done and thank you for a really nice way to end our sad day you really made it a good time for us all.We are also blown away by your ‘gluten-free’ drinks AND food menu!!!!!!!!! So much to choose from - we really were spoilt for choice.

We were greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. Despite some problems due to the new menu this young man remained polite and cheerful, and resolved everything with great efficiency and good humour. We highly recommend he receives a pay rise! 😊

Lovely environment, excellent service. Some of the meals ordered weren't up to standard, but the helpful staff rectified the queries. A grand time for our 80 Yr old Mum on Mother's Day.

Helpful staff, brought over some cold water for us to cool our babies bottle.The pub has a nice atmosphere and has some really good deals throughout the week.Food quality is usually really high, unfortunately it was not as good as usual this time (but has consistently been good on the past, so more than happy enough to revisit and hope it was a one off).
