Absolutely fantastic pub. Only popped in briefly as I was in Ipswich for a night but the staff and locals were absolutely lovely! Made me feel right at home and cannot recommend this pub enough.

·

A good cellar and unique menu. Located near a town park setting for post-lunch walks.. outdoor areas are clean and well managed. Limited parking.

·

Absolutely delicious breakfast, massive portions and most importantly, very friendly and dedicated staff. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic place!!! Went for breakfast with my partner and his family. My first time there as we were visiting. Staff were so amazing and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and reasonably priced. A huge fan!! I will be going back when we visit them again. 👍🏾

Nice little pub! Food was pretty good, dog friendly outside in the front seating area. Seemed to have a pizza hut outside the back for different events etc. Would reccomend

Such a relaxing place and helpful staff. The pub is in a great location for a peaceful visit, there are plenty seats available outside with large umbrellas (it started to rain while dining and did not get wet because of them)There is not enough words allowed here to praise the food. The fish was exquisite, so beautifully done. Desserts were authentic with well balanced flavours. As starter we ordered prawns and bruschetta, they tasted super yummy with fresh ingredients.

One of our favourite pubs. We love the cosy inside seating more, but the outside seating is also great. They have a nice backyard seating too. Friendly staff. We also love the food here. The fish platter and the loaded nachos our favourites. The Scotch eggs, though not with runny yolks, were decent.

Fabulous as ever. Great new garden setting in the back and the most incredible fish pie! So so good. Really attentive and lovely staff. One of our favourite spots. Plus their coffee is delicious x
