Horrendous I can’t believe this takeaway is still open I’ve had a few dodgy Chinese takeaway’s but this was definitely the worst I cannot understand how anyone could eat it, terrible absolutely terrible

Always had good food from here with prompt and polite service.

Only giving one star as i cannot give any less.My family ordered from here a few weeks ago and it made us ill. My uncle took one bite of the chow mein and it made him instantly throw up.Apon complaining and requesting a refund, the owner rang my auntie and started hurling abuse down the phone telling her that her complaint is 'bulls**t'.Fortunately, we had ordered through deliveroo who have been very apologetic and have processed a refund much to the oweners disgust as he said we would never get a refund from him.

Just had a Chinese from Tim lee, was a little worried due to recent reviews but I could not fault it! The lady on the phone was extremely polite and helpful and kept us updated regarding our order. Impressed before even eating the food. Food was cooked well and ribs were amazing!! No problems with our order at all and will deffiently use this Chinese again.

The meal arrived cold, items missing and 45 minutes late. The meal was not at all tasty or well presented but it was the only delivery service available in the current climate so we are grateful for that. When i phoned to complain i spoke to a very nice apologetic lady who seemed to under stand my reasons for phoning, she spoke to the manager who just shouted back at her very aggressively and agreed to phone me within 30 minutes to sort out the problem, this of course never happened. The £5 delivery charge was excessive but again we were unable to be selective in our choice of delivery service as we live on the outskirts of town.

I place a order on just eat to be delivered at my work, i am carer and work night shifts. The manager rang saying they couldn't deliver at half 10 and I said OK agree 10pm delivery. It came 10pm rang the manager to find out he cancelled my order because it too late to deliver even though we agreed a time which was 10pm.He was so rude and I can't believe he cancelled my order. Certainly won't be going back.

Ordered from here last night, was a little worried because of the current pandemic situation however, everything arrived piping hot and freshly cooked. We were very pleased with our meal and will definitely eat from here again.

Not the worst chinese in west Ipswich- but one I’d still avoid.Everything has a faint taste of old grease. It’s cheap, has a reasonable variety and is only useful as a last minute chow mein to choke down after several litres of domestic lager. Welcome to Ipswich.Otherwise, head to the town centre, pay a few £ extra and buy something that won’t repeat on you. x

Chicken was dry, reheated possibly, the duck looked disgusting and and had no flavour, ended up giving some to the cat, who turned his nose up at it. £5 delivery charge, feel like ive been conned out of my money.
