Turkish Delight in Ipswich

I have ordered Lamb Chops and they are tooooo good, juicy, very tasty which I never had earlier.Couple of things to update from my further visits after above feedback, below are same1. I ordered SK Special where lamb shish was part of it but they didn't give me and when asked they told that it's over and so replaced it with chicken. Very bad.2. I asked for Sea bass fish and they gave Sea beam and the taste was worst.

Each element of each dish is extremely unique and has great traditional taste. I would highly recommend. Best Turkish food in Ipswich.

The food was excellent and delicious. The chef was so polite and friendly and they were very helpful, generous and the price was fair.

First time trying Turkish delight today. My wife placed an order, and made a bit of an error in ordering 2 extra kebabs, and didn't realise until after she left. Quickly went back and explained to the owner and received cash back of the difference (even though it was really our mistake)Really appreciate the service.Picture is just of half the portion of a chicken shish kebab as their portions are quite large. Ordered 2 platters with other extras last night for my family of 6 and it was made on time, cooked perfectly with great flavours and portion size was amazing for what you’re paying. Have ordered from this restaurant many times and its always nicely done and goes down a treat with family and friends. 100% recommend

Would give 1 star if I could! Ordered a takeaway from here, my order was wrong, tried explaining It to thembut they don’t speak English so they didn’t understand me so I just left it and only to make matters worse the food was stone cold clearly it was sitting on the side for a long time even though we ordered for a set time. They didn’t even bother to rectify the issue! To add to this one of their customers thought it would be funny to grab my order as a joke, no sir I do not want your dirty hands on my food thanks!! Far too overpriced for the portion sizes and they charged me additional for rice even though it already comes with the order, now I don’t know if that’s due to communication being the issue and they didn’t understand over the phone or because they thought they could make some extra £££ by adding it on (btw we didn’t get any additional rice) Such an overrated place! I wouldn’t bother, much better Turkish restaurants around.

Excellent kebabs. Had house special and food was fantastic. Ordered baclava and for the second time they took payment for it but it was not in the bag with the order. Claimed they forgot to put it in the bag and asked me to return and collect it. ( I declined as my food would be cold ). Never offered a refund, I got the impression that there not bothered. Check you orders when you collect. It's only £8 but to me it's the principal. If you order something and they take the money. You expect to get what you pay for. There kebabs are absolute top quality. But I won't be ordering baclava again.

I'm sorry but I didn't take a picture of my food as I couldn't stop eating it.All the kebab shops in Ipswich should just close there doors and admit they failed.This place is fantastic! Best food I've eaten this year by far and dare I say it the best kebab I've ever eaten? Yes! Ipswich wake up and try this place, the chef has a passion for food and skills to match.If I wasn't full I'd try something else off there menu.One more thing, the bread is wicked nice.Thank you and I'll come again.RegardsSimon
