Arbuckles in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Had a lovely birthday meal here with my boyfriend. Food was fantastic hot and full of flavour. The ribs just fell off the bone. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Amazing food. The ribs are divine! The sweet potato fries are delicious. The beef dripping sauce is amazing. Staff was really kind and friendly. I had the steak and ribs dish and although the steak was really tender it had some grill marks and the grill marks didn't taste very well but it was great anyway. I would probably just go for the ribs next time. For dessert I had a chocolate brownie with ice cream. Needless to say: incredible.

Large airy restaurant very well presented. Menu had a large variety of choices & staff were on hand to help with queries. The food was cooked to perfection & speedily delivered. All of the staff had smiles on their faces and were really friendly & very efficient. There were 6 people in my party and we all left feeling like we'd had a great experience.WELL DONE!!!

Good value and lots of choice. Great for get togethers and families although we went as a couple. Staff are attentive and incredibly nice. Burgers are excellent. Mac and cheese better than I can make at hone and that's a real love if mine. Nice sauce too. I had rib which can be hit and miss, cooked perfectly but it was tough and one end I couldn't eat. They gave us 50% off so we were very happy as the rest of the meal was perfect. The manager herself came over to thank us for letting them know as they like to let the butcher they use know. I felt very happy that it was a professional and friendly way to deal with it. So I I would happily go back again. We eat out a lot and this is the first time in ages I've been somewhere the staff are not just well trained but faultless. The servers have a keen eye and are constantly aware of their tables. Well done.

What can I say besides what a wonderful evening out out 😃 My wife and I have just spent an evening in the Secret Garden at Arbuckles 😃 We were in a glass house with a heater and blankets if we needed them. The service was a delight and the staff were super friendly and professional 👍👍 as you can see from our photos the food and drinks are to die for and the whole ambience of the evening was perfect. Thanks to all the Staff for a lovely night out. I would highly recommend booking a place in the secret garden as it makes for a special evening 😀

This is our second visit to this lovely restaurant, tonight we had Evelyn serve us who was lovely and attentive, she always had a smile on her face too. The Food was definitely as good as last time we visited, if not better! The ribs are absolutely perfectly done! The Photo attached of the candy passion cocktail which is also amazing! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back sometime ❤️

Took my grandchildren for lunch here today and we all really enjoyed it. The atmosphere and environment were very pleasant and the food delicious. The service was very efficient, all our meals arriving after a fairly short wait and the staff extremely pleasant. My friend and grandson had swordfish, my granddaughter had calamari and coleslaw with rocket and I had chicken wings with sweet potato fries ( gluten free) we also had a tacho sharing platter which my grandson loved.We will definitely be returning to try some of the other dishes on offer.

Booked a secret garden table and had the most amazing meal. Food was so good, we had tapas option, and lots of it. Too much to get through and have desert but the waitress offered to box up what was left (we didn't but was so nice to be offered). Heating was perfect and setting was intimate and pretty. Great waitress service too. Great price to top off the evening too. Definitely recommend and will be going back without question 👌🏻

We visited here tonight with our 1 yr old for our last dinner before my husband goes away with the RAF for months.Justine served us and did an amazing job, it's always hard work taking a 1 year old for dinner and actually being able to have a hot meal, but she made us feel very comfortable, she spoke to and gave our little boy some attention, and made sure we had everything we needed. Just made it easy to enjoy our time at Arbuckles.The food was lovely and the steak was cooked perfectly. The portions are more than big enough, so you get your moneys worth. We had starter and main and couldn't fit in a pudding.The kids portions are great too. Good variety to choose from and good size portions.Would defo recommend and we will be back.Thanks

Turned up to a great welcome from the guy on the reception desk (with the fantastic animal tattoos!).We hadn’t booked, and it was a Sunday- so we were very surprised to be able to walk in and have a table for six.Never been here before, but I used to deliver here a few years ago: I always wanted to bring my family here, and today did just that!What a LOVELY venue: great staff (seriously, if the staff ever read these reviews- you really did make this a fabulous outing for us), and you created food that we absolutely enjoyed.Milkshakes, cold drinks, beer, very chunky halloumi fries, and great sized children’s meals (both the younger, and older child size)- please, if you like chicken, be sure to try the chicken with blue sauce and peppercorn: So nice!!!A definite repeat visit venue 100%From us, a maximum six smile rating😃😃😃😃😃😃
