One of the best Bacon Sandwick & Cup of Tea I have had. When we turned up the cafe part of the deli was closes due to staff shortages, however the owner was great and made us a special Ciabatta Bacon Sandwick. Great Deli

The last time I visited Bircham Café was pre Covid. Yet, I literally walked partially through the front door and was greeted by Mark by name and welcomed warmly. The food, drink and service was amazing as expected, and Mark took time to ask after our daughter (who he has not seen for years) which was so personal and lovely.Mark, we are sorry for not coming back sooner. We have the deepest respect and admiration for you and all you have achieved through your Bircham stores and Café Business. You have a clear focus on customers, on amazing service and made both myself and my Husband Gary very proud to know you. We will definitely be making more frequent visits from now on.

Delightful little cafe and deli shop. The owner could not have been more helpful and congenial after we stopped on the way home from a long bike ride for a hot chocolate. Highly recommended to make a detour to go there!

Dropped in by chance and were treated to an absolutely fantastic breakfast. Brilliant friendly service and could not fault the food in any way. Really good menu as well had stuff like pancakes with maple syrup and kedgeree to choose from. My wife had the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. A real find will definitely be coming back.

In 58 years on this planet the best ever brunch I have had, Flavours and service worthy of accolades.Mark the owner is a vibrant and wonderful character who clearly has built a strong team around him. Everyone on top of their game and so welcoming.Mary the chef deserves the highest of praise. With pasties and food this good she needs her own TV programme to share some of her secrets.BTW,,,,,irs also very evident the locals also adore this fantastic gem of an amenity in their community.

I rarely write online reviews, but we were so blown away by the quality of food and service here that we had to make the time. We stayed at a nearby cottage (Cherry Ridge) for a week and walked to Bircham Stores almost every morning for a coffee. One day we had lunch and had what had to be one of the most delicious beef salads we have ever had--the ingredients simply tasted so fresh and flavorsome. It was my wife's birthday and so Mark, the owner, kindly has his pastry chef Mary bake us a gluten-free chocolate cake--this was, objectively, to die for. If you pass through Great Bircham and do not stop here, you are missing something special.

Although we are not new to the area we have only just moved into the village itself. Ive been dying to try out the food here but our first visit today was simply for groceries. Upon seeing there scrumptious counter selection i couldn't help but order most of it. Imagine my horry with a que full of people to realise that i had forgotten my bank card and had little cash on me. To make matters worse my 3 times disabled child then kicked the counter. I was mortified.And yet the gentleman behind the counter was amazing. He didn't even look twice at my sons appalling behaviour but also gave us more produce than i had the cash for.Yes the food is amazing and i cant recommend it enough but that level of service is second to none. Personally that means more to me than the high level of food they do offer.

This place is a fantastic little gem that serves gorgeous sandwiches packed full of fillings. The owner Mark couldn’t have been more helpful and they sell the most yummy dressings & foodie gifts x
