I visited this establishment with family for a dinner. There are good options for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. I ordered plant based burger with chips and onion rings. The food arrived in good time although the restaurant was not busy with drinks served within 5 minutes. My vegetarian burger was nicely presented and tasted great. My fellow diners finished theirs with compliments about the food.Car parking was in plentiful supply shared with the local hotel. Tables were clean and staff friendly and helpful.

Good price decent food, I had a sirloin steak here and my partner had the rump and it was cooked lovely! Nice and tender and better than some of the more pricey place I have been too! The staff were very friendly and even let my partner try a ale he wasn't too sure on before he purchased a pint of it. Chips probably could of done with being a bit nicer but every else was delicious!

Having a lovely stay at the Premier Inn, thought we would get a nice evening meal in the Brewers Fayre.Slow service, waited ages to get a drink first of all. When food arrived chips were cold , burger not too bad but awful slab of lettuce in it !Was so disappointed that we requested our breakfast for the duration of stay to be cancelled.Excellent customer service from the Premier Inn.Thank you .

I happened to visit on an evening when the restaurant was due to close early for training. The food served was quite tasty but the service suffered because of the early closing. I was served my starter and main at the same time and had to get up to find the waitress to order another glass of wine at one point. She was rearranging tables and chairs. I felt sorry for her and her colleagues as all of the staff seemed to be rushed, it seemed as if they were understaffed. Training is always a good thing unless it detracts from providing a service.

It's a nice place with a children's zone / play area, bar/pub food. Staff was friendly and helpful food was normal, seemed small size for the price if I'm honest though over all score 3 out of 5 I'm had better but had worse for the same price. so 3/5

Nice place if your staying in the Premier Inn or using the services here. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Good selection of drinks to be had. Menu is normal pub grub well presented. The place was very clean and tidy.

We booked a birthday party meal out for our daughter, the place was over crowded., very noisy. We gave up waiting for our food after almost 2 hours. We was given drinks free but the wait was over twice as long as the 50 minutes we was informed of when we arrived. The waitress did her best and we felt sorry for her. The management should be aware of the bookings they have and not expect diners to spend an evening waiting. This ruined my daughters birthday.

Been to this place for years but recently the meals served to adults are shrinking to the size of a child's meal. The photo stresses the point. So sad because I have always loved it here.

We're staying in the adjacent Premier Inn so are having our breakfasts in here, as you would expect from this sort of place, in other words, very good. They also serve a decent pint of Doom Bar.

DISAPPOINTINGTable of 9 Sunday 21st Nov. Family have dined here before and usually okay - however not this time! Not one but a long list of errors with items missed from starter - sour cream and BBQ sauce to being told none! and main courses missing Naan breads from 2 orders. Two of the same burgers ordered looked totally different with onions gherkins and sauce missing from one and tastless patties which didn't appear to be 4oz each? No coleslaw from the other neither resembling anything like the advertised item. The word "smothered" did not apply to the chicken dish my partner had ordered and the steaks accompanying sweet potato fries looked like the ends from the bottom of the fryer...All in all a pretty poor experience and spoilt what was supposed to a leaving meal for a family member flying out to Bali.Staff did in part offer to make amends and money knocked off our bill but would have prefered to have paid full price and received correct and tasty appertising dishes as advertised.
