Caffe Nero in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Nice vibes n a lovely atmosphere. Very friendly staff, attentive and welcoming. Coffee is always great. I really nice their tomato n cheese toast. So yummy n cheeeeesy. Dog friendly n they care about ur dog. Btw had good time while enjoying my coffee with delicious cake

Extremely poor attitude and customer service with the most cursory apology for their mistake of serving us meat instead of vegan option which we actually began eating before realising! Absolutely NO effort made to correct this really quite appallingmistake or offer of even a partial refund. Will NOT be visiting in future despite being a loyal Nero fan for years.

Very friendly staff,warm and welcoming. Coffee excellent. And the mince pie's with cream the best I've tasters.

1st time we have gone to a Caffe Nero. Staff very helpful supplied hot water to heat our baby food. And a little cup of cold water for our dog. Really nice that they are dog friendly and you can go inside this time of year (November) Very pleased Thank you

It was an ordinary visit with good coffee and tasty food. I found nothing extra or was more impressed than usual. It has got more space than in Boston but the same furnishings. I think every town has to have something special in Nero.

It's a nice place to go before work. Tends to be quite quiet and the staff are surprisingly cheerful in the mornings. I love the hot chocolate here and their bake goods are lovely, but I can't speak for the coffee as I'm not a coffee drinker.
