Costa Coffee in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Great staff.. clean place.. ither than being a pig to get to its spot on

It was the nicest Costa I've been in and I've been in a lot. The girls/ladies were very friendly and everywhere was clean. No stuff left on tables as in other places. I'd give 10* if I could.

The furniture is a little shabby in this Costa looks like the mice have been at the arms of the chairs. Really good service but the drinks could definitely have been a little warmer..

Love Costa... always a cracking cup of coffee. Price is comparable to other outlets.

Lovely friendly team. Delicious coffee and snacks, as you would expect from Costa but the staff make it so much more than a faceless chain. We'll worth a return visit.

The place was too noisy for a conversation. They have music playing far too loud, and the music was mediocre at that. Those who were in our group struggled to hear each other, and combined with the clatter of drinks being made and the unforgiving decor meant it isn't somewhere I'll be visiting again. Table service is nonexistent, so go elsewhere if you expect to be served or have a disability meaning you can't carry a tray. I'm sure they're pleasant enough and only doing what they were trained to do, but the training needs to be improved. There's a reason why they're only working in Costa and not anywhere with standards. Very disappointed. I only went for a meeting, but will suggest elsewhere in future.

Pleasant &very helpful staff, usual Costa fare served with careful Covid precautions.( But small queue to order moved at glacial pace which might be awkward if you're in a hurry).
