Lovely, freshly cooked fish and chips

Was ok but the chip's were not very hot, the fish was ok and not greasy

Fish and chips were cooked beautifully (a rare thing in the fish and chip marketplace in my experience) and I enjoyed them very much. The covid system of limiting numbers of customers in the premises at any one time seemed somewhat disorganised. Otherwise excellent fish and chips plus polite and friendly service.

Personally i wont even give this place 1 star but need to write review. Tried this little fish & chips shop on our 1st day of our hoilday in Norfolk. Was goning in on a hoilday high when we walked in we were met by a young lad who seemed really friendly, but then to be met by the chef shouting over the top of counter about half the items he doesnt have on the menu( this was half 7 on a Friday night i might add) the chef made us feel so unwelcome & to be frank he was rude! As we waited outside there was a very colourful use of language coming from the chef & the way in which he spoke to his to staff members was shocking & appalling!!! No staff should be spoken to like that!! Now on to the food... which doesnt get any better the battered sausage was very very well done & so was everything really but lucky for us the chips were ok. We come to Norfolk every year but will definitely stay clear of this place maybe he prefers local customers, as they did seem to get a smile from the chef!!

Great, hot food, all cooked. Plenty for 2 with a fish each and a single box of chips. Quick, covid safe service. Good to see card and paper packaging although I did refuse the plastic carrier bag. Definately go again. Sorry, took the photo part way through the meal!

Lovely little fish and chip shop. Friendly service with fresh fish and a generous amount of chips. Very well priced too. Will visit again.

Excellent traditional fish and chips, great service and friendly staff. We were ordering for take away and told it would take 5 minutes to complete the order. I was waiting outside, in the car. Five minutes later I saw the owner with a bag approaching my car to save me effort! That's what I call excellent service! We'll be definitely back next time we're in Norfolk!

This is must for us on every visit. It's a traditional fish & chip shop, the portions are generous & well cooked. The fish is really fresh and you can tell its popularity by the queue.

Fast, friendly service. The chips were proper fish and chip shop style and importantly the fish was nicely cooked and wasn't greasy. A very tasty meal. Would recommend if you're in the area and hungry.
