The Staff are so rude and have such a bad attitude I would not stop Here. Does not warrant a Star.

If I could give this no stars I would. After a long day I arrived to find that I have to pay the room cost of £85 plus a deposit of £50 which I wasn't told about when I booked. Then I have to wait for someone to check the room before I leave so I can get my £50 deposit backThen I was informed that the restaurant is closed so there is no food available and we have a 20 minute walk to the nearest place to get food, just what you need after a 15 hour work day.On top of all this they are refurbing the place so there is mess everywhere. The only good thing about this place is that it is warm. Will definitely NOT be back

When other establishments have come back from lockdown this one provides the very minimum without any adjustments to price. Would not recommend.

If you enjoy being held prisoner by the staff while they call the police over a portion of veg then this is the place for you!

Not sure why this place had some negative reviews, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the lady who checked me in at around 9pm was very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

Me and my partner booked this last minute and arrived late there was a lovely lady called Cindy there who was very helpful and responsive very concoius of customer experience. We had a lovely time. And completely understand that due to covid they are currently unable to serve breakfast ect but we would definitely return. We arrived my partner suffers from a bad back and she moved us to a different room on the ground floor We requested extra pillows and shower gel and that was provided immediately. All anyone has to do is ask and she will do her upmost best to provide excellent customer service Yes the WiFi didn't reach; my partner has offered his not for profit services to the hotelAnd if the owner reads this please pass on our special thanks to Cindy for such a lovely stay from Darren and Serena!

If there was anything negative about our stay then this is not the time to be saying it (but there wasn't).Me and the wife wanted to get away for a long weekend for our anniversary. We have stayed here a couple of times in the past and enjoyed each time. This time was a bit different for obvious reasons and everyone is trying to recover and get back on their feet. The team at the hotel were no different so it is only fair to review our stay with an understanding of the immense challenges they are battling through. The room as always was very nice, clean and spacious. There was no breakfast being served due to the logistics which was disappointing but again not something the hotel could do anything about. The evening meal menu was limited but the quality was good.Staff was minimal as the guest numbers were still very low but the staff we did speak to were very nice, polite and helpful.

No one bothered you at the hotel. We were in a disability room and it flooded every time we had a shower. We had to call reception to come and mop up. The floor needs sorting to make water run down drain properly . Kettle too big to fill at tiny sink. Need smaller kettle.. We had lovely meal, steak and chips was devine. Just get that room sorted and all will be great

I booked one night at this hotel, whilst caring for my terminally ill mother in Wisbech. The day before the stay she was taken to a hospice 25 miles away to live her last few days, so had to cancel as wanted to stay nearer to where the hospice was. Refused to refund , this hotel has no compassion.

We are here at the moment for one night only. We found this hotel in need of a very much needed update, the disabled shower room has lots of black near the bottom of the walls and needs painting and the bedspread has lots of dirty marks on. There is no air conditioning but we do have a very small electric fan that doesn't do much good at all, if we did want to make a cup of tea, you can't get enough water in it from the top, needs a smaller kettle. The chairs look like they have seen better days and look like they need a good clean. Will wait to see what the breakfast is like in the morning, but at the moment I couldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, when we come down again, will look for somewhere else to stay
