Flames Kebab, Pizza and Fish Bar in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

First time i have had issue with these. Made my order, went to collect after ordering online and received someone elses order. Went back to get my order. They made it fresh. Got home and they still got it wrong. How can you mistake mozzarella sticks for sausages.

I travel 8 miles just to get pizza from them, great service and amazing food.

Nice chips good delivery service batter not so good and our pot of peas was stone cold

We really enjoyed our large pizza, chips and coleslaw from Flames. They delivered the food piping hot and straight to our campervan without a problem. The driver was friendly and the food delicious. Will order from Flames again.

Used flames regularly however my order on Sunday was the worsed ordered 3 pieces chicken and chips pizza and mozzarella stick the chicken wasn’t cooked and my two young children was sick after eating it they are off school and hopefully back in tomorrow did get a full refund however I would rather my kids didn’t get food poisoning from the chicken they was given and there the only two in the house he had the chicken it’s fried so high it’s burnet outside and not cooked in the middle do not buy chicken from here mozzarella sticks had hardly any cheese in aswell again coz fried on such high heat they have split

Had lovely fish and chips, good value and generous portions. Piping hot and fresh :)

I have the same meal most fridays, today i can say it was the worst i have ever had from them, cold chips, donner meat hard dark brown and over cooked, you can now order on there new app, but only only order one sauce, deffo not good..☹

Took my food back to the shop tonight - again, but this will be the last time. Pepperoni on a vegetarian pizza is just one mistake too many. Service charge and a delivery charge is not on when they cannot even get your order correct. There were no qualms when I took the food back for a refund but their excuse of ''too busy, too many people'' is a poor one. I could see that the shop was busy with holidaymakers but they would do well to remember to look after those of us who live here and have kept them busy in the winter.Not anymore. I won't be eating from here again and I wouldn't reccommend it to anyone either.

Reasonable pricing and generous portions. Staff where helpful and efficient. Would have preferred fries with my burger, but the chips where chippy style. ( That said they where very nice.
