Frankie and Benny's in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Great to stop off after visiting Castle Rising (about 15 mins away). It was easy to get to, lots of parking and near lots of other shops too.We hadn't been to a F&B's since before the pandemic so it was good to see their menu had changed but still had loads of vegan stuff on there. We were particularly pleased with the amount of vegan kids food available. Thanks F&B's!

Visited the restaurant a couple of days ago with some friends and could overhear a couple of the foh staff making fun of another worker to the kitchen about how she was doing her job, then pretending to be nice to the young girl that was just trying to do her job. Not very professional when other tables can hear them. Maybe they should learn to do their job training the young workers to improve instead of standing about chitchatting to the kitchen. Plus prices of the food is high for how mediocre it is, very disappointing.

It was actually very good Had the vegan burger. Asked if I could change the bun for salad. I could. Got a big plate full of vegan burger, chips and salad. Very tasty and the aevice was excellent.

Friendly staff, great food, great drinks. Had a great time.

First visit to a Frankie & Benny’s, looking for somewhere to get both vegan and meat options. Dinner was excellent we both really enjoyed it. I had the vegan tortellini which was lovely.Loss of star due to returning the following morning for breakfast again so we could get a vegan and meat option. It was a big let down for me, one slice of burnt toast, dubious consistency of scrambled tofu and avocado with a bitter after taste you can get with guacamole that I just don’t like. Having had 3 very similar vegan breakfasts this weekend on our holiday this was my least favourite.Will definitely visit a Frankie and benny’s for dinner again though.

Came for a meal with my husband today for our anniversary. I ordered the whole rack of ribs and they were over cooked. They were dry and would not come off the bone. Along with a brown corn on the cob.I notified staff and they changed my meal, however by the time my food arrived my husband had finished. The manager then came over to notify me that the ribs were not dry, they were “a different kind of rib”! unsure what type of new ribs these are as I haven’t had any other problems in other restaurants with bbq ribs. I felt his comments were unnecessary, and the lack of customer service or apology was not appreciated.The serving staff were pleasant and attentive, but overall our experience was lacking, the food definitely needs some attention.The plates also appear to have shrunk again, but the prices increased.We won’t be visiting again.

We had a table of 10 which included 4 children. Staff were incredibly patient and we had a lovely evening. Menu choices excellent. Something to suit all ages and tastes.

Always great food and service. Prices could do with being a little cheaper but overall a good place to eat. When I ask to pay it would be good if they could pay when they bring the bill instead of leaving the bill and walking off to then have to get their attention again..

Really good service, having worked in the restaurant industry i find it hard to find restaurants with actual good service. The service here was on point, so polite helpful, check backs and fast. Definitely recommend. Brad deserves a shout out for his service 🙂

Nice food, service is pretty good, sometimes a little slow on walking past to check to see if we want drinks during quiet times
