Very clean chip shop and super fast, efficient service.

Horrible chips. Asked for a bread roll which he went out back to get, got home to find it was a buttered burger bun yuck 40p too!

Food was nice, sausage and chips. However was a bit put off as asked for a middle piece of cod and the lady serving touched every bit in the cabinet with her hands (no gloves) looking for a middle piece.

Chips were good although the portion was a fair bit smaller than the usual place I go to and they only had small battered sausages cooked and a couple of small bits of fish.I also thought £3.10 for chips and a small sausage was a bit steep but I may be wrong.

If I could have put a minus in front of the star I would have. Today we tried chip shop for first time (and it will be the last). Cod and chips were dry and tough and definitely not cooked today, seemed like it was at least day old if not longer. It's the worst fish and chips we've ever had and expensive. Plus we asked for large cod, to be told, only do one size in a sarcastic tone, not friendly at all. Would not recommend.

Been coming here every Thursday for the last 3 months. Friendly service, and the best fish and chips in the area. 'Tiff' always serves us with a lovely smile and a minute or two to catch up on the local news!
