KFC in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Food not bad, they handled by autistic tirades quite well over the phone.Alas JustEat drivers are more than unsavoury on the pallet. As apologetic as the driver was, the note describing what door NOT to knock on was clear.Maybe a stronger sense of cooperation between JustEat and KFC is required.

On this occasion they got the drive-through order correct. It was all good except the chips, but the 'new' chips are never good, so not much they can do about that I suppose! Enjoyed it.

The young girl that took the order (drive through) was lovely polite and smiling. Got to the next window where a young man gave me my order no interaction but that’s ok I’m starving. When I open my bag there’s a half filled bag of cold chips which doesn’t bother me i hate their chips but the chicken pieces were absolutely awful, overcooked and with god only knows what coating on because it definitely did not look or taste like the normal coating and this is my favourite part of kfc. I’ve been generous with the one star but that’s for the young girls friendly attitude

Was busy. Don't mind the wait. However. My number wasn't called and then disappeared off the screen when I queried it. I was served by a member of staff who did apologise but was the only one not wearing a mask and chewing gum. Working in the service industry myself was not overly impressed .

Unacceptable 45 minute wait inside, online takeaway delivery seemed to take priority.More, well trained staff needed.Food was good, when we eventually got it though.Gents toilet was disgusting.I do love a KFC, but won't be visiting this one again.

I have never seen a group of people so inept at doing their job, not one employee had a clue how to use the till or what food they did or didn’t have. I was issued a refund for an item I’d ordered that they didn’t have and was left at the till alone waiting to order something they actually had. Once I had received my replacement the chicken was dryer than Ghandi’s flip flops. I will simply never be visiting this KFC again

Absolutely horrendous! Service and management are both totally incompetent of any level of customer service. I used the drive through and was asked to wait for my food. I waited 50 minutes and went in to ask where my order was. Staff told me there was only one fryer working. I saw 20+ delivery drivers leave in this time with their orders and many customers, so, why was I still waiting? I asked this question to the Manager and she said I'm sorry, it won't be much longer. She then went to her office to deal with complaints form other customers by telephone. I waited a further 20 minutes and decided this was an absolute joke! I asked the lad on the till to get his Manager again so I can have a refund. He asked her and another 10 minutes went by. I then became extremely frustrated and demanded my money back. I was asked for my contact details so another manager could call me the next day, I never received that call.I waisted nearly an hour and a half on a Friday evening for nothing! No explanation as to why I waited so long and no follow up phone call the next day! I went across the road to macdonalds and got food in just 5 minutes! I will NEVER go to KFC kings lynn again! The place needs closing down...

Probably the worst kfc in the country. They had run out of many items, it took ages to get the food, and you had to try and push past loads of delivery goons crowding the counter. No napkins in the dispenser, dirty tables and bins overflowing.

I put my order in, payed for it. Got to the last window, got my coffee then asked to park up as for some reason they could not complete my order. After about 5 minutes my order arrived with big apologies.. Drove home 7 miles. Everything still hot except the chips..

Worst KFC ever. Always have things missing from orders and try to pass offcuts as mini filets.. If you are a KFC fan then avoid. Has ruined KFC for me. Have eaten better chicken out of Iceland!
