Great location on the river quay next to the Visitors' Pontoon.Historic building.Lovely sitting out area.Good food and plenty of it. Great coffee and scone.Friendly and helpful staff, even when busy.Nothing to do with Marriott hotels.

Great tasting food and good prices. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Place in good location with inside and outside seats. Lunch for 2 with coffees, drinks and a starter was only £41. Worth visiting again.

Superb Sunday lunch of Roast Lamb, Yorkshire pud and vegetables washed down with a pint of Aspall draught cider. Seafood crumble too (not for dessert lol). Courteous service and lovely location by the river. Faultless !!

Service attentive and friendly. Georgie and Thomas were amazing. Chef was a magician.We enjoyed specially made margaritas. Goats cheese bon bons, fish salad and king prawns.Wish we could have stayed longer.My Mum is disabled and was looked after without a fuss. A special lunch.

Beautifully restored former museum alongside the river. Amazing views of the river. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options. Friendly n welcoming staff. Good service Tapas, vegan and plenty of meat and fish options. Specialist in seafood, so try the seafood platter. I choose to sit out for some lovely views coz love river.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, however food was slightly disappointing. The antipasti platter had hardly any meat unlike stated on the menu and was overloaded with crispy salad. The short ribs were very tough and chewy, however the flavour was very nice

Marvelous place in beautiful location. Outside was cold and gloomy and this place offered us hot soup! How can I not love it? Baked sardines which we had later also were very nice. All together it wasn't too much food therefore we ordered a desert and a hot tea. The place has also nice décor with pictures which you can buy. The service was quick and great and a location is at the banks of the river.

Nice restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. There is an outdoor space with a view of the river. Food is great, good selection of the wines and beers. The staff is friendly.
