McDonald's in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Food was great.., good service... sadly yet again no ketchup in bag no napkins... either 😔. luckily I had my own hence 4 star rating....

One of the worst visits to any mcdonalds ever, waited 30 min to get served and then another 20 min for the food to come out....milkshake was like strawberry flavoured air ! Buger bun was extremely dry !!Whilst waiting it seemed like if you order for home delivery your order is prioritised...

Food is always nice but I have never been able to go straight through the drive thru every time they have asked me to park up and have to wait for food. Once I had to wait 35 mins had an item missing and so I had to go in and they said they didn’t have any but we’re still happy to charge me

Can be quite hit and miss. Some visits the staff are very polite and helpful, other times they fall short of this. The food is consistent but can be consistently badly presented. It is what it is, fast food at affordable prices. Just work on the customer services a bit.

Called in to get a sweet cuppa tea after someone hit my car on the roundabout. Tea was okay, but was quite appalled by the amount of people coming in yo use the toilet and not buying anything or some didn't even have masks on or use the hand gel!!!

Same old fast food joint, always hot and served very quickly, you can't really go too wrong if you just need a quick bite to eat, breakfast rolls are brilliant, even better with the option of brown sauce. Would be perfect if there was just more bacon

Appalling service, very slow. Took over 20 minutes for our food and even then they got it wrong and we had to wait another 7 minutes for the order to be rectified! Not exactly 'fast food'. However, I complained and they did refund the whole order and gave us the food. Just a shame that McDonald's in general have changed their process. Years ago you had your food within 5 minutes max. The recent changes mean that you are often stood waiting for a good 10-15 minutes or more.

23/11/21. 25 minute wait for ‘fast food’. When it came it was stone cold, and the order was wrong. The shake tasted of chocolate powder, not nice at all. Looking at all the bad reviews, why is nothing done?Will definitely not be using this outlet again, absolutely awful.

Come here fairly regularly. Always a long wait and often not very warm. They also seem to have taken away the table service option so you can't even sit down when you're waiting ages.

Ordered on the machine inside, got called out and told I couldn't have what I wanted, chicken and bacon grill salad and they didn't know how I ordered it, as they don't do it, so picked a happy meal, didn't get any money back of the meal, and when we got back to the car it was cold, the queue was huge, with lots of people saying its not fast food anymore is it. On the whole very disappointed.
