Mcdonald's Restaurants in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Wayyyy too slow of a service staff moving like slugs making it go packed terrible if you want summet quick don’t come here.

Food was good,wait was beyond a joke ....nearly 35 minutes me and my son waited for our food.

Yep. That's a sticker that says "no lettuce". The look of contempt when I pointed it out was priceless; like I'd sourced lettuce from elsewhere to make some kind of point.End of the day, it's McDonalds. If you're gonna eat here, you get the service you pay for.

The restaurant is far too pack, there is no staff to help you find a seat. The store is sheer chaos with people blocking the paths and what little seats are available.It should have a upstairs floor but don't, this would ease the problem however the staff don't care.I was in a group of 5 and we struggled to get a spot.Slow service aswell and so over packed it's hard to bring your food back to your chair if your lucky enough to find one.The charging ports are so dirty it would see spread covid. Disgusting.

Drive through has dropped its standards dramatically. Staff forgets to include napkins, sauces etc. This is on more than one occasion now and recently got a standard big Mac instead of the double big Mac.

Typical McDonald’s experience, very easy to order using the app (purely because of NHS discounts). Definitely visit again.

Ordered a £25 order and they refused to give a strawberry milkshake that was payed for and instead gave me a bottle of water when brought up too then both staff and manger treated the situation poorly 2 out of 5 go to the Hardwick for better service

Not a great experience at all, customers eating in the restaurant are an afterthought to the countless delivery workers collecting pre ordered food.Our food was delivered to the table, unfortunately the chips were cold and one of the drinks was flat, the staff don't seem to care at this restaurant.

Forgets parts of the order. the food isn't fresh that we did get. And rude management on the phone. Considering I used to work in this store many years ago it has very much gone downhill.

Not recommended at all.Ordered a chicken nugget Happy meal and a burger meal to take out.Took 25mins to serve - got to my car only to find a cheeseburger instead of nuggets. Took it back for an exchange - they did.Back to the car - no toy for my Grandkids.Avoid, the delivery people get in the way, demanding their orders which results in messed up orders.Should have known better after my last visit there - that order was messed up too.
