McDonald's in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Average at best, but it's the same across the McDonald's brand. Speed of service and low errors were what we prided ourselves on when I worked there a few years back. Now it's 50/50 whether you get what you ordered, it takes ages to get through the drive-thru lane, you're parked waiting for food far too often, and wait ages for it, and don't get me started on the shakes and ice cream never available!

First visit to this particular McDonald's. It seemed very busy and the premises felt a little cramped. However the staff were friendly and helpful and the food and drinks were delivered promptly and the coffee hot. I witnessed a member of staff gallantly attempting some cleaning routines. Full marks for trying.

Ordered a wrap and side salad and chesseburger happy meal. Side salad is beyond poor. I had to go and check it was meant to be 2 slices of cucumber and 1 slice of tomato and some tasteless lettuce - apparently so! My son's cheese burger looked like it had been stamped on and the chips had definitely been reheated several times despite being cold.

Slow staff mor than 5 of the just standing around just getting inThe way one order we see being servrd was sat there for 10 minuets with flys walking all over it. Then comes our order the food was placed on the counter then we waited for over 10 minutes for the drinks to come the food was then cold we asked for a manager waited ages again then we asked again and was confronted with a toddler with higher pay who didn't seem bothered after demanding fresh food we after another 15 minute wait left with some hot food. If you wonder how they make any profit burger King's xl double bacon burger on its own costs £1.03 to produce but but sells for 5x more or 8.5 more for the meal

One of the better Mc D branches and my current local favourite, good quick service from friendly staff and the Fries are actually hot rather than Luke warm in my nearest King's Lynn Hardwick branch.

Milkshakes never taste right, not enough flavouring and are never stirred properly but food was ok, a lot better McDonald’s than the hardwick!

The food is very good, standard McDonald's which is obviously... very good. The only issue we have is that maybe 90% of the larger orders we put in are actually wrong once we get home. Sadly there's never too MUCH food lol, it's always missing something.

Waited 40 minutes for an order for my stepson, obviously understaffed, everyone waiting was well and truly amazed. People around me were saying it is the worst McDonald's round here. We could all see the food coming down the chute, to be packed into bags, shame no one was doing it! Wisbech McDonald's is atrocious.

Absolutely bloody useless. What is the point when they constantly always get the order wrong every time does this happen then upto the customer to sort out there mess. Just eat are not the ones that pack the food they are. Perhaps the reviews should be read for this restaurant and took notice of. Fuming that I now have to rectify this
