Nando's in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Lolly has always been amazing to me and my partner at Nando's. She's always gives us a hug and crack some random jokes. She's an asset to the Nandos team

Always end the day here when in Kings Lynn shopping, one of the best Nandos settings we go to in the old bank..

Love the service. Beautiful architecture and high ceilings. Just with they sold the peri peri sauces instead of giving 1 or 2 satchets

Firstly, the server that greets you at the front watched and didnt help as i struggled up the steps with a pushchair and trying to hold the door open at the same time.Then as she seated us I was told to use download and use the app to order. I was struggling to do this as not used it before and my child was crying, i tried to get servers attention to ask if i could just give my order, they just stood there chatting. Finally when someone did walk by I asked if it would be possible to give my order as I was struggling with the app, she nodded and walked away. Eventually i just got up and left.

Due to staff shortages, we were directed to use the 'app'. Easily navigated but, tried to pay and here the problems started. Logged in, resent for password, still waiting and at the time of writing, I'm home. Free Internet is easily accessed, so am not sure whether there's a glitch somewhere.Would it be wise to introduce terminals similar to McDonald's? Or employ more staff?Food, service, venue spot on.

Been there first time. Usual same beautiful atmosphere. Lovely service. Polite n attentive staff. Delicious food as usual. Everyone loves their sauces especially peri peri. I’m not junk food fan but love to spoil myself with Nando’s😝

The chicken was small and dry. I have Caribbean roots and I am from South Florida. I was not impressed by their wings, breast, coleslaw, or rice. It is a little overpriced. Unfortunately, the locals don't know any better. The food lacks seasoning.

Very busy on a Saturday night but they added us to the queue and we got a table in 30 mins. Our group of 7 were in the vault. Food turned up hot and the service was great. Not a foot wrong.

The staff were very slow to serve us, sadly. We had to ask for cutlery once all our food was served as they forgot. They didn't do the customary check of the table to see if our food was okay- the cockerel wasn't taken. It meant we couldn't let them know the chicken was unbearably dry and had to go to the till to do so.

Great service from all the staff Covid compliant premises, food good with clean tables, couldn't ask for more
