Order almost delivered to wrong address and when it did arrive wasn’t what was ordered. Can’t get through as permanently busy. Will stick to dominos in future.

Me and all 3 of my house mates have tried and failed for several days to order via your website. Either saying your closed at about 6 or just crashing when trying to pay.

Completely messed up my order despite me calling to confirm previously. Customer service terrible as told me to pay again as getting a discount and he will tell customer service to refund. Decided to send me a medium pizza and not a stuffed crust as a replacement. Food that did arrive was stone cold anyway. Never ever again, please avoid this place

Fabulous service. They made an error on my pizza today however I didnt complain. They contacted me as a courtesy call and when I informed them they sent a new pizza round. A* service and delicious pizza. Thank you

Just got a a flyer in the post with their menu, only problem is they've been shut since September 2020 (nothing to do with covid) with no sign of reopening!

It is a bit hit or miss. From my experience, more often than not, you do not receive what was ordered. However, if all correct, it is usually really nice pizza.

Have ordered several times from this Hut, no more. The deliveries despite being given advanced notice of, always turn up late. I have had pizzas turn up a good 1.5 hours after ordering. Refund process is a pain, as you have to go via customer services who do their best to help, but ultimately it is the franchisee who has to refund. The hut has also refused credit cards before when I went in person. Go to a cheaper and friendlier take away on the same road.

Ordered 2 pizzas on way home from scotland. Booked collection time and it was 10 minutes late (not the end of the world i know)One pizza was a thin crust which was greasier than I've had before from pizza hut, the deep pan pizza wasn't properly cooked and doughy. Didnt realose until 20 minutes down the road otherwise i would have took it back. Had to finish cooking it at home

Pizza was dry and over cooked. Seems like the staff are either badly trained or hate their job. Tried a 3/4 of times in case it was just an off day. Won't order from there again.

Tonight I ordered a pizza at 8:35pm, with a promised delivery of no later than 9:01pm. After several failed attempts to call the Hut in the subsequent hour, I finally got through at 10pm to be told they were not sure when the pizza would arrive, and that the server was not authorised to give me a refund. After driving into the store and waiting 10 minutes for any member of staff to show, we were accosted by the same woman who had spoken on the phone, who was purportedly the manager, yet unable to refund or even give us the correct number to the customer service hotline to request a refund. She was the only staff member working the shop. During this time, the pizza arrived at my house at 10:20pm, almost an hour and a half after it was promised to be delivered by, where it was refused. Absolutely no attempts to rectify their mistake was made by the Hut at all.Frankly, this store is not worth your money, and does not deserve it. Take your patronage to one of the excellent local takeaways who could teach this Pizza Hut a hundred different things about customer service and still not be half as late with their deliveries.
