Portland Plaice Fish and Chip Shop in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Nice place, food is priced cheaper than the other local chip shop and tastes better. Choice of food is great, would recommend battered sausage. Friendly staff, just remember it is cash only.

Lovely people you can't beat the food always hot and very tasty. It's cash only which doesn't suit everyone and could make it awkward as not everyone carries cash.

My brother-in-law kept going on how good this chippy was. I never tried it, but how right he was. Friendly fast service and our order was freshly cooked. All staff were polite and friendly. Best fish in batter I've had in ages and look forward to trying it again.

Very high quality independent chippy. You can tell they're good as there's always a queue at the counter. Cod & chips plus scraps for a fiver, can't go wrong!

We always get our Fish and chips from Portland Plaice every Saturday lunchtime. The owners are very friendly and the food always seems fresh. Most of the family have fish I have the large spring roll as a vegan option with mushy peas and chips
