Prezzo - Kings Lynn in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Visited 7 people 8:15 and was told the restaurant was fully booked by the manageress and told to squeeze in to a 4 seater table just to turn us away. We travelled 8 miles to come here. We accepted as kids really wanted a prezzo.After we sat down only 2 tables came. Really was a dampener and head office should really consider the position of the manageress turning away tables in a restaurant that was not even busy. Extremely disappointed. Food was nice though but still didn’t make up for the dishonesty.

Always lovely food and friendly service. Sometimes difficult to get a table when a show is on the Corn Exchange opposite.

Ate here for the first time in years and was really impressed. The Christmas menu had loads of lovely options. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food and drinks were top quality and tasted great. Really enjoyed our visit. Thanks.

Turned up at 9 for a table of 7, was told to have all food ordered by 9:45, no problem. Went tor set menu after 10 mins of being sat down and was told that kitchen was closing at 9:30 so needed to have everything ordered. We were going for a set menu so only had a starter and a main anyway and one couple had a dessert. Really rushed service for a table of 7. Cleared the table away when people weren't finished eating and didn’t ask if we wanted to take our left overs away. Then said we couldn’t order desserts so the one dessert we had ordered had to be taken away in a bag!!! Couldn’t even order desserts, and to be honest I quite fancied something sweet after rushing my main and starter!!! I have worked in hospitality for a very long time and I’ve always been taught that if you have paying customers you leave when they leave, I have never experienced this type of poor service at prezzo before, it was an early birthday celebration with my friends and I felt like I couldn’t even enjoy my meal because I felt this pressure to eat and finish so soon! I get that it’s Christmas and you want to be home, but if we are still eating and drinking why are we being rushed? I had to bring 3/4’s of a bottle of Prosecco home with me in the end as me and my friends couldn’t get through it. And the cheek to add 1% on the bill is silly when we hardly received 5* service!!!

We organised to come in yesterday for lunch with a party of 25 people for a family members birthday and family get together. Absolutely brilliant. We had pre-ordered the food which was all served together and as per the order. The staff we very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.A really big thank you from us all.

Servers were lovely, food was tasty, atmosphere is nice and airy.

We visited on a weekday and it was very busy. I'd definitely advise booking.Nicely laid out and spotlessly clean we thoroughly enjoyed our main meals. I'd did think a little more thought could be put into the ice cream dessert and not just to have been handed a small tub with a spoon in the lid. Nevertheless we enjoyed our evening. Staff were helpful, tables quickly cleared and drinks brought over very quickly when asked for.

Super friendly service and helped us get our food quickly when they realised we had time pressure. Easy place with lots of outdoor seating on the main square in the centre. Great selection of dishes. Pizzas and pastas are very generous

Venue is well placed in the King's Lynn Town Centre, right off from the central car park.Venue itself is well decorated and lit, similar to all other Prezzo National Chain Restaurants around the country.Prezzo itself always seem a touch more expensive for the same experience as Bella Italia / Pizza Express.The food was lovely, and well cooked, I can recommend the Pizza Calzone's and the regular pizza's. Large Pizza's are huge! So have a big appetite if you order one!The staff are very polite and helpful.The only reason for 4 star is the slightly higher prices and the positioning for the central bar which is right at the front of this venue, meaning the coffee machine can be very loud when used for the dinning area.
