The Burnhams Tea Room and Cafe in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Well worth a visit.

Daughter was hungry so stumbled upon this place. Nothing special from the outside to look at. Was told no tables free inside but was outside. Shown to an outdoor table . Was cold abs windy , luckily someone just leaving so sat inside. Waitress who came and took our order had an attitude problem, walked around like a robot , slammed our food onto the table and when I asked for cutlery said ‘I’m just getting it’ in an unkind tone, seriously the staff need to find out the definition of what customer service is. Wanted to get out of there as quickly as we could. Food bog standard, nothing special. The owners should be grateful they are in a prime position here. Terrible .

A welcoming cafe for a cup of tea.

We just went for tea and cake.Very small but safe.It is just a cafe and we did not expect anything more.Not sure what people expect from a little cafe in this current Covid time.

Lovely place and very friendly.

Not very good coffee nor cake

Small café on the main street of this attractive town. We popped in for a break whilst wandering round, after a local walk.The food was nice and the service pretty good and attentive as well.All in all worthy of a visit in an area not short of watering places of various types. We'd go again.

They kindly stayed open late for the end of our ramble in the area and tea, coffee and cake enjoyed as a result. Thanks

Nice place, not wildly inspiring but friendly staff and lovely sandwiches. They are open on a Sunday unlike many of the other places in town which is handy.
