Food awful. Very slow service considering it was not at all busy. Will not be going back and do not recommend. The pub is supposed to be under new management. Unfortunately, they are just as bad as the last lot. Such a shame but hey ho. Plenty more pubs around with quality food and great service.

Found this pub while out and without booking for a carvery but the landlord was so lovely said it wasn't a problem and found us a lovely spot to eat our really yummy food, great staff, really lively and friendly atmosphere, would definitely visit again 😊

Went for lunch Sunday.. Table bookedror1. 30..got table.. 15 mins later still waiting for our drinks order to be took.. Had to call a member of staff over to take our drinks order.. Who by the way had no idea what wines or ales they had... We went up and got our carvery.. All OK.. Apart from roast potatoes.. Hard as hell... We then placed our sweets order.. 30 mins later it arrived... Then just as we finished our sweets... We were asked to vacate our table... Well if we hadn't had to wait so long for drinks and our sweet.. We would have vacated table before 3..

Booked late, after been told it was a good local place to go now the new owners are in. Arrived pub looks lovely. Quick drinks service, asked for kids menu drinks all good, asked for a menu for children to be told there isn’t one it’s carvery only. This was not great for us when your 5 year old is very 😭 we eat out a-lot never not had this option before we decided to stay our 5 year old just ate chicken and tried some beef, self service, but unfortunately over cooked roasts that were dry had been left a while I assume and undercooked stuffing over all cold and tasteless, with aunt Bessie’s Yorkshires. Three Horse Shoes is far nicer and far better value

First time eating in the pub which is now under new management.. safe to say it won't be the last time! Lovely home cooked proper pub lunch! Welcoming staff and nice atmosphere...just what you want from your local pub.

Quaint Old Coach House, Friendly staff. Well prepared food, mid range pricing. Drinks a little pricey but probably on par with the area. Toilets are clean and well presented. Feel safe as tables are quite apart. Good outside area and lit up at night. Good parking to the side of the building. I believe you can book a room for overnight stays. Good size function room as well for 40-50 people gathering.

Called into "The Crown Inn" our holiday destination. No price list on the breakfast menu, the member of staff who actually served us didn't have a clue what the breakfast cost but after she spoke to the chef we got "think it's £12". Now we expected better quality and a actual decent size breakfast that would actually leave you feeling satisfied, yours DID NOT by a long mile!We had :- 2 x hearty breakfasts which we chose to remove things we didn't like but didn't mind paying £12 for them but these didn't come with toast.1x :- 1 Sausage, table spoon of beans and I small slice of toast. Still charged £12 for it.1x :- 1 Sausage, fried egg, a spoon full of beans and a small slice of toast. Still charged £12 for it.2 portions of toast.1x :- Eggs benedict the cheese sauce was disgusting.5 cups of tea and 1 coffee which wasn't the best if I'm honest. This cost £85.80 now for what we actually had it's absolutely disgusting.

We had a Sunday Roast. Its really nice place to eat. Very polite staff and also welcome you. Food couldn't fault it. Was nice and we even had a treat and ordered deserts which was nice and tasted like they were homemade. I would always come back
